Juan Castillo was my neighbor for seven years when I lived in Mt. Laurel. Four years of playing D1 football at Rutgers also introduced me to quite a few coaches and players. I coached Jeremiah Trotter and Jon Runyan's kids when they were young. I do know a lot of people from the area. A VP in the organization was coaching little league with me. Hell, I was born in Philly. I saw Erik Williams play when he was in high school.

Roseman doesn't usually leave gaping holes on his starting roster unlike some other teams within the division...
He'll make a move to fill the hole before the season starts. IMO

2025 Stat Comparison. AJ was definitely more productive (more receptions, yards, TDs and YAC), but both had relatively similar yards per reception and average YAC per catch.

Roles were different, though. A.J. was the Eagles' go-to guy, so he was drawing the best corner, the doubles, etc. Hollywood is a No. 2 or No. 3 receiver at most. A lot for Philly is going to come down to whether Davonte Smith can be a No. 1. He's got to draw the other team's top corner and beat him in order to force safety help.
