I'd much rather keep Land and Wheat around than Liufau or Williams.Totally agree.
Personally, it would be a big mistake to get rid of Marist Liufau.

Let the preseason games & practices play out with injuries.....might need the extra bodies yetI'm just repeating what the game stats showed.
Once again, who contributed the least between Wheat, Williams and Liufau?
Think they might have caught wind of some team with interest. This was the worst kept secret this offseason. It wasn’t if it was when is he going to be signedNothing to do with Malachi.
This has been in the works for a while. Miller's social media posts have been pointing to it for weeks.

Your football opinions are atypical for the zone, as is your love for the devils lettuce.I happen to love the devils lettuce
Miller kept teasing it, but he also did the same with other teams (just not as much). Don't know if that meant much or he was just having fun.Think they might have caught wind of some team with interest. This was the worst kept secret this offseason. I think Eze showed the ability to play the run last year and will be out there on early downs because of it. Whether he gets any snaps on passing downs (second-and-long or third down) will probably be entirely up to him. Right now, I'd play Houston and Miller in those situations, with Gary rushing from the inside.
he is just not a passrusher,i have no idea why they think he will be able to beat NFL OTs when he has never done it before. If Von Miller comes here he is cut or if he lucky moved back to off ball LB.Liufau struggled big time Saturday!
Malachi actually looked better than I thought. I could see 7 sacks from him this year learning behind Gary and MillerOne look at Malachi Lawrence and the next day they do this.

Will you cite your source or just waste both of our time? Let me know "brother"
That seems to be pretty accurate on the DL. We most likely keep 10. Frankly, I thought some of the other DEs and DTs outplayed Williams and Overton, but they probably have a built in advantage since Williams is guaranteed $2 million this year and Overton was a fourth-round pick this year.Hopefully, he doesn't cost more than 5-6m. He will maybe play 15-20 snaps per game. The biggest positive in this move is his leadership, not his on field play. He can be a mentor to EZE and MLaw. This move might move Gary inside more. Gary has the size to play DT in the base 3-4. They will probably go with 11 D-lineman. Gary will play both positions.
Edge's- Gary, EZE, Von, Houston, MLaw, Williams
DT's- Gary, Quinnen, Clark, Ottito, Bullard, Overton
I still think they need a veteran linebacker.
I could see him being cut as the defensive player to make room. Doesn't look like the OLB experiment is working out.he is just not a passrusher,i have no idea why they think he will be able to beat NFL OTs when he has never done it before. If Von Miller comes here he is cut or if he lucky moved back to off ball LB.
Until a young'un proves he's better, those would be my guys when we are facing passing situations.Miller Gary Houston yes I like that trio on passing downs .
