This is precisely why I was happy to see Micah go. What a clown

Maybe something tells me Micah wasn’t gonna sign that early unless it was a massive overpay.
He was a 3x All-Pro and in line to be highest paid. His agent would have told him to sign if he knew what was good for him and he would have. It would be agent malpractice to do anything else. They say they asked and Jerry said no.

It would’ve been malpractice to sign for the 35 million he said he would’ve signed as well.

Which is exactly why he wouldn’t have signed after 3rd year. Not for 35. Unless he had a different agent at the time.
The market moved when Jerry didn't make a deal. It was $35M to be highest paid and they asked. Jerry said no. The market moved later. Just like it did for Dak when they didn't get a deal done at first.

Was the market not 42 million when he signed for 48 million?
Yep, but he was clearly tops in the market at that time. Garrett was signed, Watt signed for higher and Parsons was better than Watt by then so he absolutely should have gotten more. Back when Bosa was tops he was clearly better than Micah. Also beat him out for DPOY. So they couldn't ask for much more than Bosa, simply just to be highest paid. Same as Watt over Garrett, who was clearly better, but Watt signed after and for only $1M APY more. That's how it works and had worked. So yes, $35M would have gotten it done. Jerry didn't cooperate, went out of bounds, then bad blood ensued as the market went up. Not wise.

You skimmed over my question though. The argument you made is 35 million would’ve got it done. Fair. Why did the 42 million not get it done using the same
Argument? He was next in line and it would’ve made him the highest paid in the league. He signed for 48. I dont my think you are factoring in his agent and now he never signs for market value. It’s always
Above that.

This^^^^^ $35M would have made Parsons the highest-paid defensive player, but Jerry wanna to do Dak and Lamb extensions first. Dak still had another year left on his contract. In hindsight... lock up Lamb and Parsons ($ 35 M) and do Dak's extension next year. Instead, he made Dak the highest-paid QB by a wide margin a year before he had to, and watched Parsons' value go from $35M to $45M. He could have Parsons at $35M, and Lamb and Dak signed at their current value.

The host is to dang annoying, keep pausing with all that stupid laughing, i had to turn it off. But what Im hearing from MP is the same thing I hear on this forum but when he says it it's hating.

Not to many of us here is will to say we have a top 10 D. It's trending up and hopefully we can.

Philly is still the favorite with Dallas and Washington battling for the 2nd seed. Which is the way it should be.

I always have the Cowboys SB favorite and no one can tell me different.
Why do you think WASH will battle for the 2nd seed? They were horrific last season, 32nd ranked D in the NFL. And they weren't good when Daniels did play. They have all the appearances of a bottom of the division team, while Gnats appear to be on the rise.

I'm sorry, but they guy is talented and lives off of that which is fine and good, but he seems far far away from having the right mentality... Speaking for me personally, his new prediction videos, specifically the nfc east, shows too much of his podcaster persona in which in my eyes was a big distraction..

Guy is not going get better
