Broaddus is a doofus sometimes. He gets these wild thoughts sometimes and then goes on and on about them, relentlessly.

I’ve seen him be very wrong about more than a few players over the years. Then because so many people listen to him, and don’t really watch film for themselves, half the fan base hates a player.

In this case, I agree with him that Shelton doesn’t look very good at this point, but the team knew all along that he was going to be a project. I think they’ll give him time to develop… or not develop.

Shelton... that's a tough one.

Dallas kept Josh Ball around for quite a while hoping he'd develop, But Ball played better than we've seen from Shelton.

IF there is a legit culture change in Dallas, then PS3 should be make-or-break for Shelton, even as a 2026 4th rounder
