Why'd you stop short of saying you'd meet him at the playground?Man, I'd love for you to talk to me like that to my face.

schoon is the 3rd TE.... who is better than him being on the squad as the 3rd TEExactly, why is Schoonmaker still on this team but Milton is not?
Why take the chance? Over a scrub RB3?
What has Milton proved to anyone, besides a subpar game against the bills and a preseason fling with the cowboys?Sam has thrown for just one TD in eight of his 13 games. Two more games he had two and has only thrown four once. He is not some highlight reel and his TD’s were the same number as interceptions.
waiting on waiver wire pick upsTiming is odd though. Why didn't they just cut him yesterday with the rest of the guys?
Well I think that statement is true.the agents job is to get his client the best deal. The NFLPA negotiated that bad deal and the NFL blinked.Dak is the highest because he wants to control the timing. He can't be franchised. And he doesn't want to be a team friendly player and sign a long-term deal. The main sticking point on Dak's contract negotiations has not been money per se...it's the years. #4 will be back at the trough next year demanding MORE MONEY and he's already been the highest paid for the last 2 years! None of this was an accident...it's Dak and Dak's agents strategy.
Tell the whole story.
well yes and a no....howell right now is a better back up. we are trying to make runMilton has a higher ceiling than Howell and he looked better. We can try and justify it but there's no legit justification for it unless he didnt' want to be here.
I could even understand trading him makes sense.
And only just so.On bringing in Howell, Shotty said, "I think it probably got his attention, but to be fair to Joe, this is not the easiest system to learn. We ask a lot of our players, certainly the quarterback position. We are a volume type offense… He's in a much different place right now, talking about Joe, in terms of his understanding of what we do."
Sounds like he's physically talented only.
He hasn’t proved anything either. I don’t think either one is the answer. Just saying Howell is a scrub like the rest but Milton does have more potential…..maybe.What has Milton proved to anyone, besides a subpar game against the bills and a preseason fling with the cowboys?
We're definitely not top 5, but there are plenty of worse ones. It's the Jones family way. They are kids at the grown up's table in this league regarding front offices. The Eagles front office has ran circles around them starting at the turn of the century. Heck, even the Giants front office put together a real good team for about a decade stretch.
And that's only listing our own division teams.
Their trials are intriguing.all of them rats lol. You're killing me lol I don't know who that is Lil Durk if I'm wrong you can block methose young cats I have no love for
Milton = Brandon Weeden.well yes and a no....howell right now is a better back up. we are trying to make run
milton is 26 and still learning (maybe, maybe not).
by the time he gets an real game reps he will be 28, 29..
and still an unknown.
people fell in love with the tight spirals and made projections as they always do.
I’m not at practice how would I know? You think Bazooka looked better at practice?
You have to wait to cut guys?waiting on waiver wire pick ups
And it's his 2nd year in the system. On bringing in Howell, Shotty said, "I think it probably got his attention, but to be fair to Joe, this is not the easiest system to learn. We ask a lot of our players, certainly the quarterback position. We are a volume type offense… He's in a much different place right now, talking about Joe, in terms of his understanding of what we do."

They did less than nothing last game until Howell came in.Exactly. The short pass that sailed 10 yards above the WRs head sealed his fate, along with Sam looking good in that game.
Is that like PManning throwing 26 TDs and 28 INTs as a rook?Sam has thrown for just one TD in eight of his 13 games. Two more games he had two and has only thrown four once. He is not some highlight reel and his TD’s were the same number as interceptions.
Yeah, that that that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!You don't even know who he is, take that take that lol lol
I was shocked at how many thought we could get a high pick for him. I thought, maybe a 7th.i gotta be fair. I read through the "would you trade joe milton" thread. You were one of only a couple that basically said he has zero trade value.
