The way I see this season (prediction)

There is no logical argument. We either believe or have to wait and see.

Sure, and I do think, based on what I've seen so far, that this team can win 11 or 12 games. If we can do that, then I think the 2 seed should be in play imo. And I've noticed we seem to play well at home of late, so we will probably need that in the playoffs as much as possible.

We have a shot at 10 wins and hopefully win the division. Although here's the caveat. If the boys fail to make the playoffs this year Jerry is more likely to bring in a top veteran free agent next year.

NFC Everything points to the Rams but with Stafford’s previous back issues everything is on him.
The 49ers are an old team with Bosa and Kittle coming off injuries and Mcaffery having a lot of miles on him I don’t see them winning. Leaves the Eagles and they lost AJ brown and Barkley is old.
Could come down to the Lions or Bears. Two excellent QBs along with Seattle and Darnold.
In the AFC I think the Broncos, Bills and Ravens are the best teams. Denver wins the SB beating the Seahawks.

That's a fair point about the Rams. And the reason I didn't mention SF is one, like you pointed out age and 2. I think their injuries.

As for us, I think we have a good enough team to 1. Win the division, and 2. Yeah, with what you're saying about those teams,I think we can get to the NFCCG in that scenario.

Many variables come into play, injuries, ill timed turnover, players playing beyond expectations, others playing below.....it's a long season. My guess is a playoff team. Don't care about the seed, just get in and let football happen. As far as we only won 7 games, I took over a team in 2004 that a year earlier had one win, a year later we win 12 straight and had the best year in school history. Every one of my starters, started every game. Rather be lucky than good. Lol
BTW, sorry, it's that time if year that I really miss the game and being on the sidelines, it'll pass. Please bear with me. Or beer, with me if you're Tony Romo.

Well I typically wait until the roster is set everything calms down a bit so next week there should be a predictions thread and we could start predicting records and possible playoffs but I like to see everything happened where practice squad the churning of the roster all that stuff is satin I don't think we have anybody on IR that needs to come off that's a starter or anybody that's starting on PUP that's important right now, are there?

I mean all I want them to do is improve in the last two years that means they need to have a winning record challenge for the division title possibly get in as a wild card that would be a big step forward I know people want more but really we took a step back the last two years now we gotta get back with at least one step forward...

I think the Cowboys will be a significantly better team than the last two seasons in a row. I do genuinely think we should be one of the top 3-4 teams in the conference.
Rusty, I love seeing a fan go for the gusto and call his shot like you just did

Based on the nice influx of players and new coaching staff, I'm going to up the ante and predict that we will be the top 3-4 in the Division .

Rams are the best team but…..

Given how heavily the Rams rely on a statue at QB and the physical nature of the game and 20+ games, i will take the field over the Rams
They have to go to the same exact scenario, no, I’ll take the Rams, Denver, in the Super Bowl

Division or conference? Just wanting to check. But yeah, I love the influx of talent we have.
