No, I don't want it to be for Milton. I actually do want him back on the PS. And Flournoy was waived as a rookie sixth round pick and he really just had an average summer coming from a small school.

This is Milton's third season and second team. The NFL has a lot more intel on Milton now than they did on Flournoy coming out of his first camp.

I'm through arguing this. Sam Howell is on the Cowboys' 53 man roster.

Joe Milton was waived. The ENTIRE NFL had a chance to put in a waiver claim and guarantee getting him on their team.

Not a single team thought enough of Milton to even do that. It would have cost nothing. They could still cut him at any time. Yet, NOT. A. SINGLE. TEAM. DID.

So I'm not sure who has "nothing" here. The events of today speak for themselves. But anyways, I am done. Have fun waiting for Milton to become Lamar Jackson.

Again...no team claimed FLO....yet here he is....

So this notion that since no team claimed milton means he's toast..done...kaput.

Seems like a "hate" move to me. Like it makes people feel better about themselves and their acumen...to claim this early his "death knell".

To be clear, him getting cut isn't funny. But what IS funny is the media angry that he was a "threat to Dak" when, if that was the case, someone would have signed him lol.

The whole reactions by the fans and the media is funny. The Cowboys took calls on their qbs on Saturday. They saw who was interested and let it play out. They made Howell the number 2. They protected Milton and quit taking calls on Sunday. They knew who was interested in Milton and watched the league set their rosters.

They then cut Milton when they needed the roster spot with the hope that he would clear waivers and come back to their practice squad.
