I guess before we had culture we wouldn't have called someone up to replace a player we put on IR and just rolled with an open roster spot.

By the way, living in Tampa and watching the Bucs regularly, he was awful when he was here. I know players can improve, and honestly he has nowhere to go but up. If he gets in a game, as with any Cowboys, I will be pulling him to show that.
