And who is tasked with holding opposing team's offense from scoring from their own 25?

Also, is the expectation that Dak throw the ball, a dime, into his own breadbasket down field? Or is the guy on a franchise tag who wants to get paid have any responsibility too?

If a teams morale is shot over 1 interception, one where QB was scrambling for his life and throwing off back foot and defender made a fantastic play on ball and great catch, then Id say maybe that team is weak.

1. Dak lied. If he was throwing it out of bounds, he could have just chunked it 10 yards to the bleachers beyond the LOS. He was out of the pocket. The truth is, he tried to hit his receiver and threw a lame duck.

2. Why would you throw it out of bounds anyway? That stops the clock for the Giants. You take the sack there. He's not the brightest bulb.

3. He panicked. Again.

I have ignored about 99% of your posts of late, and don't trust you to use logic and common sense, as it typically back tracks to your hate attacks, etc, which is childish. That said, you are correct about the TOP, but that is for the entire game, 1st half TOP was pretty much 50/50. No doubt, we couldnt get off the field in the 2nd half, but we had equal time in the 1st, and it was the INT that put us down late leading into the Giants getting the ball back to start the 3rd quarter.

Anyhow, the useless point about this thread is the OP blaming the worlds problem on everything but our QB, when in fact, it was a team failure. Th job of a HC is to keep the opposing teams offense off of the field, or simply state Harbaught's plan was to keep Dak and the O off of the field. She clearly has an agenda to troll the board about 1 player on the team, at least you have kind of turned the corner....ish

No, not at all. The TOP variance was all in the 2nd half. Before you came back from grabbing your beer, we were down 2 TD's. That is the death nail for many NFL teams, and it did us in.

2nd half TOP was heavily in the Giants favour, hence, why we only had 2 possessions. They got up by 2 TD's, and just ran our D into the ground. That is the kind of game we need to win, not be on the wrong side of. Giants had 21 mins, Cowboys had 9....2 scores did us in midway through the game

Haven't seen much mentioned about Prescott's decision making on that play but you nailed it here.

A lot of fans are going to write that int off as a combo of crap happens and great defense play. The pass protection will get ALL the blame. The reality is, this is just the latest example of Prescott doing Prescott things.

He made the absolute worst possible choice in that specific situation. Not owning it makes it even worse.

Too many dropped passes on offense and too many penalties and a young defense playing for the first time. As I think you said, they should’ve won the game anyways.

Don't reacall where I said they should have won during the game, but going in, I like many thought we would have this one. We were outmatched on both sides of the ball, and on the sidelines. You aren't wrong about dropped passes either, GP did a disappearing act. Logic suggests Washington gets drilled.......don't know if the NFL is logical anymore though

The INT changed momentum in the game that was tied at the time, right? The Giants drove the field to take the lead before getting the ball back after the half. The game may not have hinged upon that 1 play, but the momentum certainly did

He didn't let him swing the bat much. Not a bad plan, just more of a statement as to how it's not the Quarterbacks fault.

If you don't let him throw the ball, Quarterback can do nothing.

LOL, no, you are quick to defend our QB. Make another thread about the GP drop if you want to feel better about yourself, because an incomplete pass is just a bit different than an iNT. For all you know, GP catches that and 3 plays later another INT......hope you don't find a 12 foot straw to grasp at

Getting shut out the 1st qrt is where they lost the game.

The offense played ok after that,but it wasnt all on dak, but he played his part too.
The whole team and coaches need to up their game and do alot better or this season will be over by halfway.
