Javonte Williams will never pay that fine again. He said the penalty was out of character for him. So I believe the league will never get any more of this particular type of unsportsmanlike behavior charity money from him.

meh.... I miss all the "taunting" of the real NFL. Pretty ticky-tacky way for Mr. Goodsell to make "contributions" to his pet charities. The maybe offended (highly unlikely) taunted players could respond by playing better - it's simple. Football is a very emotion-driven game, zap out a team's emotions and you end up with a product, sort of like the Cowboys.

If it were “OK” it would happen every time a players thinks he did something well. Like standing there watching your home run go over the wall, throwing your bat fifteen feet in the air, and then wearing a funny hat when you reach the dugout. MLB sees it as part of the show. If the NFL wants a behavior they’d endorse the behavior they want. It’s not the commissioner. It’s the owners.
