Sam Leavitt pops up on the LSU injury list last night listed as "doubtful".

Ole Miss isn't buying it and people in the SEC league office are now looking into it. There are no reports previously of an injury at practice, etc.

LOL, Kiffin being Kiffin, I assume.

Leavitt is now "questionable".

I don't think there is a bigger turd in college football than Lane Kiffin.

He’s the best QB in college right now and is going to just stuff stat sheets for here until the ND game. He’s probably the fave for the Heisman right now (or should be).

I get that opponents' strength can be unpredictable, but I just looked at Texas Tech's schedule and saw that #22 Houston is the only ranked team on it.

Agreed. They have a very easy schedule for sure. They will likely also play a ranked BYU or Houston team in the big 12 championship if they get to that point.

Belichick and Petrino have UNC playing much better this year.
Baby steps, and the competition hasn't been incredible, but they are definitely on the upswing.

They appear to have a crap FG kicker, which is the kiss of death for an already JAG team.
Add a loss or here or there on top of what you'd already have.

UNC was on the 7 yard line, getting ready to mkae it a 2 score game in the mid 4th.
But a lightning delay for a few hours might be just what old Dabo needed.

As far as ACC schedules go, UNC has a VERY rough stretch coming up
--any road game can be taxing...even at JAG Clemson. That is the least of their worries
--but next is national title contender #3 Notre Dame
--then AT a good Pitt team
--then AT a decent Duke team
--the 2 weeks later vs. national title contender #5 Miami
--then 2 weeks later, #23 Louisville team
--then a #25 Virginia team
--then rival NC State

they are going to take a beating

Miami looks strong this year, but they took several injuries in the WF game. Even still, they should win all the games on the schedule leading up to the clash with Notre Dame late in the year.
