Every team gets the bad end of the call. Cowboys get their fair share of calls that should have gone their way. I felt like it was a catch, but when the refs called it a in completion, I gonna say I was happy.

I thought it was a catch and td. That means next week the refs will blow a call that will cost the Cowboys. The Football gods will balance the scales as Dallas loses to the Ravens on a controversial call.

It was one play in the third quarter and they settled for a field to get them within four.

Saying the play was the refs “robbing them of a gusty road win” is a real stretch.

The Daniels play was the only one for the Commanders that might have put the outcome in doubt.

Here is another angle. Ignore the clueless Cowboys fan commentary (something I've said around here a time or thirty-seven) in the Tweet because Blandino is absolutely right. The ball can move, and as long as it's still controlled and possession is not completely lost, it counts as regular possession ("movement of the ball does not automatically result in loss of control.") For the going to the ground rule, which applies here, you need control, two feet (knee) and maintaining possession through contacting the ground.
