Dak never makes the play

Lets call it as it was and always is- Offense and Defense and Coaching do not know how to play complementary football.. Same old song and dance. I think Jerry's deal with Beelzebub ran out in 1997 and now the only thing Jerry has to look forward to is a lake of fire while us fans suffer..l

Dak put up 31 points.. I’ll tell you what he DIDNT do. He didn’t false start on the goal line.. He didn’t kick the ball out of bounds TWICE.. He didn’t make two terrible calls one being pass interference and call an incomplete pass a fumble. He didn’t kick the ball through the end zone not letting any time run off the clock. Yeah you’re right.

And now there is a video of the last play before the FG.

Pickens breaks towards the pylon and is open. Dak, for some reason, throws it 5 yards over his head and wide.

I thought the playcall was dumb but actually, looks like a decent call, Dak just screwed it up.

Pro Football Reference says Dak has had 19 4th quarter comebacks (and 26 game-winning drives) which has him ranked 7th among all active QB’s.

Dak’s comeback résumé is not merely average. By the standard statistical definition, he’s already in the upper tier of active NFL quarterbacks”

That’s an objective source. Feel free to dispute it.

He also didn't hit a wide open Pickens to win the game instead of panicking and throwing the ball away

How do you know Pickens didn’t screw it up?

Because that doesn’t fit the narrative?

I'll tell you what he did. On third and goal, Pickens breaks to the pylon, is wide open and Dak throws it 5 yards over his and behind him.

Yeah, Dak screwed that up.

Because even if Pickens ran the wrong route, it's still a horrible pass. It was too high for anyone to even make a play on it.

Just accept the reality, on a day of many screw ups from the defense, coaches, etc., Dak contributed as well with some piss poor play at the end.

He's been playing for over a decade, he should be somewhere in the upper echelon of active qbs.
