No way. You only worry about that if the FG wins it for you. If you're going for the TD (as they should) you don't mess around worrying about the clock, you run the best plays you can to get the TD.

I don't want to do anything that compromises my chances to score the winning TD in the first place. You start trying to run the clock down and you end up kicking the FG at best. You don't worry about holding the lead until you have the lead (again, if the FG gives you the lead, it's a different story).

They have played some of the very best offenses in the league so far too. I believe that pts per game number will come down when they play some teams without pro bowl level QBs. They are also missing some important players. It matters. That is still a very good defense. We saw it in the first half.

Its not a mystery when you play Josh Allen, Joe Burrows and us. I agree they haven't been the same, but dont believe they are as bad as the numbers indicate currently.

With that said, all passes aren't wide open all the time. Dak has dropped some dimes into tight spaces this season. As a matter of fact, Pickens wasn't wide open when Dak dropped it right in the bucket. That defender was on Pickens back and Dak placed it perfectly in his hands.

Its ok to give credit where its due. Just like its ok to criticize when he really deserves it.
