A win today vs Houston does what for you as a Cowboys fan?

Why on earth would you take Stroud over Dak? Have you seen how bad he’s played? Shocked to see he’s in the running to get 50 million plus he has gotten worse. He’s been bad. But you did say you don’t have a opinion on them so maybe you haven’t seen him play lately.

It's pretty simple really. Because Strout is young and there's still hope for him. Dak is what he is - a regular season stats guy who flops in big moments.

And mostly 0-4 due to Stroud sucking mightily. He had not had a good game before playing us.

i do know that winning today does not changes my view on this team. the garbage defense today was awful again. another 30 point game again. just cannot beat good teams with the way this team is playing right now so my prediction of 6-11 or 7-10 still stands unless this defense starts to play atleast average.

LOL That kind of I agree with most of that but I wouldn't say garbage I believe it's in the recycle bin right now they're trying to get it together fighting through injuries fighting through a brand new roster they just brought over JPJ so it's a work in progress last year it was trashed the year before it was half trash half recycle we would love to see some growth in this new defense with the new defensive coordinator but yes even the last play of the game very strange that looks like a very Kellen Moore tight play but from the defense what the hell was that with the two wide guys That didn't come until too late they just let Stroud sit back there and just throw it whenever he wanted to I mean that was just weird really weird..

It's OK to be creative but that's just AA head scratcher and they better trash that one like they did with the Ezekiel Elliott playing center..lol

I understand your thought process i'm I'm OK with your answer it's your personal answer but they are the best of all the winless teams that defensive line is still dangerous They put up a big fight early and the Cowboys figured out how to break the code late in that game and then put it on them but I think that they are not what their record says they are they've had a lot of bad luck and a lot of bad bounces It is what it is but I look at all those other teams without a win they are way better than those teams...

'cause it is a head scratcher they're pretty healthy I mean they're pretty much the same playoff team from last year and yet it's not working as well as it did and I think they will get on track but don't let that fool you now this Buccaneers team little different Lucky it is on a short week I think the Cowboys need to keep the momentum going and quickly get back out on the field and just yes improve the defense the defense needs improvement from top to bottom the special teams somebody's got to tell Brian Schottenheimer to stop kicking long field goals and giving short fields in a close game to put your defense in a bad spot..

Honestly it was an EXTREMELY impressive win that had loss written all over it. Savage pass rush playing with a lead. Quality 12 win team that started out 0-3 last year playing with DESPERATION at home fighting for their season vs a hated in state rival. Huge character building win. Do we have lots of room for improvement? Sure but we're building and headed in the right direction as guys get integrated/healthy.

Houston entered the season as an AFC favorite and they have a ton of talent on both sides of the ball. The fact they are 0-4 is a mystery because this is not a bad football team. Kind of like how the Chiefs were 6-8 in games Patrick Mahomes started last year.

This was a big win against a quality opponent. In fact I would not be shocked if the Texans start stringing some wins together soon.
