Pump the breaks

No one is ever going to apologize for a WIN. For the fans, (which is short for fan-antic) only care about WINS.
While Owners/Players #1 concerns is getting paid, not winning.

With that, caution!
The FOOLS GOLD is now selling for fan-antics because of the win

But Dallas fans have seen this scenario for decades.....
Cowboys can only play the teams on their schedule. But we know the Cowboys beat losing teams and lose to winning teams
With that, Dallas should beat a hapless Buccaneers team without the starting QB: Baker Mayfielding .

Daron Bland was horrible vs Texans. And the OL was getting destroyed by the Texans DL. Prescott had little time to throw
Aubrey was better only because he didn't kick anything out of bounds on the kickoff. Missed (2) extremely long FG.
Dumb coaching decisions to kicks these with the OL getting mauled.
Pickens was basically invisible expect for one completed pass.( Which was a good reception).

On to Week 5 Thursday
Thanks for articulating what I'm too exhausted to at this point.

We beat an 0-3 team. Barely. And as great as Dak played in stretches, he nearly threw the game away like 4 times...not including 2 batted passes that ended up in CeeDee and Leupke's hands. No bueno if you're objectively analyzing.

The Cowboys scored 34 points yesterday.

Including TD drives of 64, 74 (11 plays) and 81 (14 plays) yards. Would have been more if Aubrey hits those 60 yarders.

Did you lose a bet of some kind?
Because of course everyone knows 60 plus yarders are routine and we should expect him to hit every one.

Aubrey should not be lined up to kick those multiple times a game. That moron Shottenheimer needs to play field position and save his kicker for when it is really needed.

We can pass, we know that. Butt......

No defense, no running game and ST's is choppy at best. A lot of ways we get beat week to week.

we are winning (breaks coming our way this week)
or losing (all those fumbles that bounced the Giants way the first week)
on things no one can control
what we can control at this time is nowhere near enough

Always take one game at a time.

It was a tale of 2 teams for the most part. The first half was horrible for Dallas. Dak was under constant pressure. The OL was getting shoved around and the defense looked like the defense we have come to know and hate in Dallas. Things improved greatly in the 2nd half. Dak looked 100% better. The OL did a bit better protecting him. Receivers were getting open. The defense played better, at least up front.

They have some issues to address still. The coverage is horrible.

I have a theory that Bland has lost a half step since his injury. That half step is the difference between and catch and an interception. It's a shame because he showed tremendous promise early in his career. The problem is they have no one who is any better.

The offensive line will get a bit better when Smith comes back, but I am disappointed in Beebe and Booker. There has not been much improvement there over last year and I thought there would be.

This....it wasn't phantom calls - especially at the goal line. One was extremely clear holding and the other - his arm was wrapped around the WR waist the entire time (no matter what Olsen was saying).
In the second video here, where do you see the DB with his arm "wrapped around the WR waist the entire time?"

You seriously don't see his arm wrapped around his waist?
"the entire time" like you said? Emphatically, no. And he's allowed to touch him or have his hand there, he just can't turn him, which he didn't. Know your rules.

A running game would help a lot of things. T.O.P would help the defense. Our defense is outright atrocious.

Bland misses Dan Quinn's defense, which we're nothing like anymore. We obviously need to generate a pass rush.

When Overshown come back he should start in front of Winters and again, we need to cross our fingers this guy can be there on game days. I think if he plays where Winter's is, that will enable what he does well. Run around and make some plays. Winters is just what he is. A solid backup player that is there. He doesn't make any impact but he occupies space

Lol...the moment they made contact, his arm goes to his waist, not just sitting there as your saying. He's holding him and pulls him when he goes up. If you can't see that....then it's pointless arguing with you.

You're right in every regard but when you play beside Terrence Steele (Booker) you look like this.

Beebe like the majority of our players, is hyped and overrated by this team. There's no drop-off from him or Bass. They're basically real good back ups but Beebe is a starter and has history with Dak, very important.

On a scale of 1-10, Dak's protection was about a 6.5. And that is not bad against that D.

No matter who you're playing, the D will get to the QB at times. And that's when your QB needs to be able to beat the pressure.
No pressures from Dak's left was nice. The right side is a different matter unfortunately.

The DBs arms are literally both out in open air after initial contact and only collapse as the ball arrives. But nice dancing, stage-left exit after having video prove you wrong. "The entire time," you said. You were wrong.

Lol...this is about the dumbest argument I've heard today and here I thought my 12 yr old's this morning would be the top one. You "got me"...it wasn't there 100% of the time. Congrats

I hope your 12 year old had video, but something tells me even if they did you'd deny that too and just tell them "because I said so." Lol.
