Dak has been the QB for over 33% of our Super Bowl drought

I guess no one cares that Dak is also our best chance at breaking this _______ ________

To me it's never about one player. It's extremely rare that one player alone can be credited for winning or faulted for losing a game. Which makes the whole Dak debate kind of wasteful.

Unless it's something rare and egregious, like Leon Lett touching a blocked field goal to cancel a win against Miami in 1993, can one player really cost a win? Out of anywhere from 140 plus plays run from scrimmage?

Sorry I am drifting off topic again.

I can’t remember a more unlikable team. I’ve never liked Jerry and son’s. I think the the players hate the fans nowadays. They can’t take criticism even though they make millions. Who here has won anything? Football in general is watered down junk. Dak in Aikman era wouldn’t be in the league very long.

This is the only answer relevant. This franchise could have drafted Patrick Mahomes and it would not have mattered. He'd be labeled as a loser along with Dak and Romo. Look at Sam Darnold. He was labeled a huge bust in NYJ. Then went to Minnesota and had some success. Went to Seattle and won a ring. Funny how the front office and coaching matters.

It's not like Dak took over some winning franchise and caused a drought. The drought was there for 20yrs before he started a game.

Just another low hanging fruit Dak thread.
Also Matthew Stafford. Could not win in Detroit with the way that team was constructed at the time. Goes to LA and gets his ring.

That’s a relevant stat. This is his 11th season so that stat is slowly increasing and will be almost 35% soon. Defend Dak. Hate Dak. Truth is over 33% of our failures over the last three decades is tied to Dak.

Discuss.
Has it been tied to him or has it been bad defense and bad coaching?

Romo was a great patriot he never was given the resources Dak was.... Scrolling Romo rosters, well that argument didn't holdup well.... lol
When Romo first took over the Cowboys' roster was loaded. Then the talent around him slowly eroded to the point that by 2011, he was carrying the team.

I'm just here to drink beer and read the drama Queens on both sides discuss Dak and I'm all out of beer...

Guys we won the game. It was a good win in the last second. Enjoy the win, live in the moment.

At the end of the day that’s a good defense that dominated and took advantage of our offense. Will Anderson against Steele can literally cost you a game and almost did. Started poor but Dak showed up once some things got handled offensively. You can tell they made adjustments at half the O looked completely different.
I'll give Dak this: A veteran, franchise QB takes their licks for sure, but they adjust and come back. He did just that and led like 4 TD drives in the second half. Kudos on that.

Now, if anyone can admit he rode CD's coattails the entire game and the fact that he is supported by 2 all pros makes him look better than what he actually is.

I mean it’s irrelevant unless the arguing made it’s not Jerry it’s Romo or Dak. But even then Jerry signed those guys so how is it on them lol? Also the guy who tried to extend Aikmans run by trading those picks for Galloway that very well could’ve been used for future after Aikman. So yeah I’m not sure if the intent is to just bash Dak or copium with Jerry but the issues predate even Romo and Dak.
Nah, it's very relevant. The "drought" has Dak's fingerprints all over it. You can spin it anyway you like Romo's too, but Dak's got the John Hancock signature.

He made some dimes to both but Lamb was open. It only made sense to attack the slot and stay away from Stingley and Lassister. Especially since they weren’t shadowing them.
