Stephen feels like Schottenheimer is the guy to get the team to the Super Bowl

Is Switzer the worst coach to win a SB?
Might be Gruden. Won when Callahan couldnt be bothered to change anything in Gruden's last playbook. TB knew every play that was coming. The boot leggers boy is definitely in the conversation though.

No head coach without an already HOF resume will ever be able to have this locker room take them seriously.

Jerry wants to be the face, and the clear cut boss, and he wants everyone to know that.

Emasculating a bit to the HC?? Nah. Jerry says no and who knows better than him? No one. He has seen it all. Just ask him.

calm down, stephen. you barely won this game. and, now we're back to super bowl talk from some analysts and now stephen.
yeah they need to go on a 4-5 game win streak before we talk SB ,champ game or even playoffs.
win one lose one wont cut it.

Callahan threw that game , it is on youtube from former players.

That was seriously unbelievable. My Raider friend wasn’t too happy. Still isn’t.

That’s Jerry’s mentor running things. Notice how things inexplicably came back to bite him in an almost unreal way….same type of stuff that happens to Dallas teams?

Yeah I did too.

Cowboys EVP Stephen Jones when asked on @1053thefan if he thinks Brian Schottenheimer is the guy to get Dallas to a Super Bowl: “Absolutely. He’s got a sneaky resume in terms of having a lot of history in this league. … We certainly feel like he can get the job done. He’s got a lot of confidence. He’s very authentic. He’s certainly respected. I think the players have a lot of confidence in him. I think his staff has a lot of confidence in him. … And I can tell you I know Jerry, myself, our family and the organization have a lot of confidence in him.”

Now when Jerry says this, it's the kiss of death. For now, he's on the hot seat.

Jerry at least hired Jimmy long ago.

What can Stephen point to for why we should take anything he says as gospel?

He was never qualified for his job, never trained for it, didn't go to school for it, didn't earn it, and has never justified it with results. If he had any integrity, and really wanted what was best for the Dallas Cowboys he would voluntarily step down, and insist on hiring a qualified professional to replace him.

It means he has very few if any qualifications, no previous experience and no previous success to speak of. And yet, the Cowboys FO hired him. THAT IS ONE SNEAKY RESUME
A sneaky resume is printed with invisible toner and biodegradable paper. Water is sprayed to reveal hidden text, but the paper dissolves almost instantly. It gives a writer plausible deniability of what the resume actually said.

These two are truly something….

They hope beyond hope for things to be the case just as we do.

They run the team. We would collectively be better, promise.

They gaslight constantly. The owners that hate their fans.

No fair minded individual believes Shottenheimer is capable of winning anything.

And just think he was sitting around completely unemployed when we brought him in as a... (checks notes)... consultant.

Imagine being born super rich, then handed a job making millions that you KNOW you'll never be fired from because daddy gave it to you. I doubt he has enough self-awareness to realize he hasn't accomplished **** in his life, other than being the son of Jerry Jones.
