Dallas Cowboys defensive stats through 4 games

Not getting a single TD against the nfls 16th ranked defense exactly the same type of garbage we've seen when the defense is actually not getting slaughtered.

Yes, they finally found their way but against a good defense they may not be able to hit that switch.

We've seen that play out before
The 1st half of that game was hard to watch. A little maddening even. The short passes weren't getting much YAC, The lousy run game will catch up to them.

I don't think that's what it was meant They're just telling you what production has been but the pressures have been there I don't know if you call that not good they need to close them up and I hope they get better each game and start dropping sacks and creating interceptions they created almost five turnovers in the New York Giant game right out of the box so no the defense has not been good but I don't think these numbers are saying that they're bad they're just an update which we didn't need because,

I feel like I'm purposely being punished Can we see the offensive numbers please..lol
Barham and QW's TFLs the one bright spot.

It might help if the offense controlled the TOP.

Calling an overwhelming amount of pass plays when your defense is getting torn apart is exactly how you kill your own clock and run your defenders into the ground. Head coach and play-caller Brian Schottenheimer and offensive coordinator Klayton Adams have the Cowboys throwing on 62.4% of their offensive snaps—ranking 8th highest in the entire NFL.
Or the qb changing into pass plays.

Defense just can't seem to get off the field. They allow those long drives.
The defense is giving up long drives because the offense isn't giving them time to breathe. If stats prescott would run the ball and control the time of possession, it would help the defense. Complementary football. The Cowboys are throwing on 62.4% of their offensive snaps—ranking 8th highest in the entire NFL.

While hitting a 60% pass rate can work for an elite offense carrying a top-tier defense, it is a formula for disaster when your own defense is giving up an average of 28.0 points and 389.5 yards per game like the Cowboys are right now.

the Cowboys ran the ball 12 times in the first half and increased it to 15 rushing plays in the second half
Dominating the Second-Half Clock: Because those runs kept moving the chains, Dallas completely hijacked the tempo of the game. They held onto the ball for an incredible 18 minutes and 21 seconds in the final two quarters.
the Texans with only 11 minutes and 39 seconds to run their entire second-half offense.

The Dallas Cowboys' defense was only on the field for 11 minutes and 39 seconds during the entire second half. Wow, isn't that a coincidence? hum

Defense Breakdown: Who is Struggling?
• San Francisco 49ers (The Exception): Despite their offense not hoarding the ball, the 49ers' defense is fantastic. They are a top-3 scoring defense, surrendering just 16.0 points per game.
• Denver Broncos & Buffalo Bills (The Bottom Tier): These two are getting hit the hardest. Both are giving up well over 370 yards per game, ranking 27th and 28th respectively. Buffalo is also bleeding points, surrendering nearly 27 points a match.
• Philadelphia Eagles & Cleveland Browns (The Mediocre Tier): Both teams find themselves in the bottom half of the league in total yardage. Cleveland's front seven has found a bit of a rhythm with 12.0 total sacks, but they are heavily fatigued by a sputtering offense.
