Holy cow!! What a day. Our modem decided to die last night. My wife works from home, and our ISP couldn't get a tech out for FIVE days! I suspected the modem was dead, so I had to track one down on Facebook Marketplace today. Of course, the most expensive one and the furthest one away from me was the one available right away....but I got it, and it works! We're back online. lol
