News: ESPN: Cowboys' Prescott irked by stadium worker's callout after loss

It’s not insubordination to say the truth, a good boss knows the difference between the two. If you have a outside contractor or a low level employee who tells you the truth you reward them even though it may hurt your feelings or a manager’s feelings. The only way to improve your business, is to keep dialogue open good and bad, you seem to have missed this important lesson.
So, you consider that dialog? I thought dialog was a discussion....not a low blow blurted out when someone was down.

You jump to many conclusions about me. I thought we were having a discussion and now you're judging me. We'll, that tell me that you're full of crap

10+ yr vet......adjust for hot route while behind Beebe.....

.....or just keep throwing it away.....he is 50/50 on those this yr.....only 1 pik thrown
What hot route? They had none.

I can only go by what you are conveying. I don’t judge you I disagree with you that’s all, it’s a dialogue and the truth by what you are saying

Isn't this insubordination? There's a time and place for criticism....would you allow a contractor to come in and question one if your right hand men, in front of bunch of strangers. That wouldn't bother you, seriously
Depends, was it valid?

These athletes are so isolated in their little world. Cowboy fans just take it. They should show up at the stadium and boo, wear bags, have signs. Prove that you care. All these athletes and owner cares about is money. And Dak what is embarrassing is being a Cowboy fan.

My wife said the same, I told her, if their livelihood depends on it, he should keep his mouth shut. He's an employee, know your place. I've fired people for less than that. Fire him!! Right after they fire Schotty and Parker.
Thankfully, you’ll never have to run a football team.

Cowboys' Prescott irked by stadium worker's callout after loss

As Dak Prescott walked down a long hallway to the locker room after the Dallas Cowboys' 24-16 loss to the previously winless Tampa Bay Buccaneers, he heard someone yell, "Embarrassing."

It was a third-party contractor positioned just outside the players' exit from the AT&T Stadium field.

"When he said it, I just happened to look at him, and at that point, he looked away," Prescott said. "And when I turned my head back, he said something else. And so that's the part that, just as a man or as just a person, feel free to speak your mind -- just speak it. Don't cower away from the reaction that you're going to get.
I don't want to jump to conclusions, but, it sounds like Dak's feelings were hurt. Does anyone know how long it takes to recover from an Injured ego. Hope he doesn't miss too much time.

the eternal apologists here have a problem with a stadium worker saying something that frankly was warranted
I guess you think peasants have to keep their mouths shut while the Nobility is around, right?

Sounds like the biggest risk is hurting the feelings of players.
You are exactly right and it could lead to confrontation with players.........guess who loses his contract coz an employee decides to go rogue.

Look, fans vent all the time but any workers given direct access to players can not show the same frustration, especially on duty. Just can't have that.........

All I'm saying is that as an employee, you are no longer a fan. There are rules that need to be followed. He is a reflection of his employer
