I’m not expecting anyone to eat crow about how wrong they were about this team.

As it stands right now, we have one of the worst defences in the league after investing quite a bit into it, our offence refuses to run the ball because our head coach in over his head, and our owner sees nothing wrong because he did the work to put this team on the field and this coaching staff together.

I hope you guys are in for a wild ride because this season might be the worst one we’ve seen in a long time.

And this all starts at Jerry, thinking he’s the smartest man in the room, trying to prove to the football world that he’s a football guy when he’s not.

Shottenheimer and that coaching staff will make every game a potential loss. Every game.

I didn't warn anybody about the game, but I warned about Schottenheimer from the day he was hired. He's not fit to be an offensive coordinator in this league, much less an NFL head coach. Scheimer would make somebody a lovely quality control coach where leadership of any type was taken off his shoulders.

It's hard to even blame Parker for the defensive mess. As a first time play caller he's supposed to have somebody to lean on and offer guidance. Instead he was handed a collection of has been veterans, some talented rookies expected to do way too much, and a management who said "There you go...now go do way better than last season" and folded their arms.

I'd have Scheimer on a real short rope and Klayton Adams warming up in the bull pen with his hot dog roller. You can't convice me that Klayton Adams or even Conor Riley who called plays at K State couldn't do a better job. Coaches send messages to players all the time. It's pert near time for the Cowboys management to sent a message to the coaching staff.

[Verdict]

1. I was surprised that the team laid an egg last night; however, when Porter was ruled out, that did increase my doubt significantly. Bland is simply not good on the outside defending a #1 WR on any team. That changed everything as far as I am concerned.

2. There is so much wrong with this defense that’s it’s really hard to identify all that is wrong or the order of issues involved.

3. I am starting to lean towards scheme/complexity as a significant part of the problem. But I am willing to withhold judgment on that until we get Durant and Thompson back.

4. Bland and Revel looked like they don’t belong on an NFL field last night. Yes, I know that they are not the entire problem but they are not helping at all.

The coaching in the Ravens game, and last night was horrendous. They will be lucky to win 7 games at this point.
I did not get hyped from the Houston win. Because this game last night is what they been doing the past 20 years.
These two games took a lot out of me.

I can't see them winning in GB either.

Maybe and hopefully I am wrong, and they can turn it around. But that defesne is atrocious.
