Both Shotty and Parker are on cusp of losing the locker room.

Something just feels off, and I cant place it. Its almost as if players are playing too tightly. Especially on Defense.

Im personally getting tired of the constant changing of oc dc and coaches.

Ill freely admit I was wrong on Shotty. I thought he was going to change the culture. He was making sone good hires. Adams Orilley etc.

But he seems different this year too. Maybe behind closed doors hes feeling the heat, as he should.

I thought CP would have growing pains but slowly begin to show improvement. That Defense honestly looks like they've never played football before at times.

Im disgusted with the D. Down right nauseating watching them play.

We need edge, LB, Corner, Safety, DT.

On offense we need a complimentary piece to Willams, a RT and 3 new TEs.

I have zero interest in Tomlin.

But none of it matters . Jerry and Stephen cant agree on what they prioritize in a HC position let alone OC and DC.

I would fire this idiot tomorrow, but that is not how Jerry rolls.

It is going to take something catastrophic for Schotty to get fired in-season, the wheels would have to totally come off and the club is sitting at 3-10, ala Wade Phillups.

I watched the all-22 for three hours. Schottenheimer absolutely mailed it in Thursday night. Far too many vertical routes with nothing underneath for Prescott to throw. The same bloody nonsense we saw with Kellen Moore and Jason Garrett. Just run to the sticks...turnaround and beat your man on a jump ball.

He ran only five times behind Guyton and Smith. Too much shotgun-no back telegraphing to the defense that pass was on the way. I like Schottenheimer much less now than I did before this all-22 breakdown. He is going to go down as yet another HC and/or OC that abuses and misuses the high level of talent at his disposal.

The Dallas Cowboys were a feast or famine offense Thursday night and it was entirely self-inflicted. ENTIRELY! And it has nothing at all to do with the dmn talent level. It's the play-caller and his game-planning.

The three back-breaking plays came down to two players. Winters fell, leaving his gap exposed on the big Bucky run. Bland...bailed like an imbecile on a third and 21 play, THEN fell on that same play. On the long pass play? Bland again...jumping inside when he should've maintained outside leverage and again fell. Then...Bland yet AGAIN failing to catch an INT that was right in his hands. TWO tipped balls for INTs...one over the middle on a stupid route concept (Schottenheimer). The other because Ferguson simply can't stop doing dumb things...whether it's fumbling, tipping balls into the air, or not chipping properly.


Schottenheimer is a bigger concern after watching this all-22 than Parker. Parker has excuses with injuries. Schottenheimer does not. He is misusing offensive talent...much like those before him who have done it since Wade Phillips.

If Kyle Shanahan ran this offense it would be lethal.
