We need an owner, not an owner pretending to be a HC. It's not important that an owner understand the x's and o's part of the game, all they need is a guy who is fine signing checks and staying out of the way. Let the actual football people run operations.

Yeah, this highlights the trick question. Jerry is a great HOF owner. He is just a terrible GM. So really it’s who would you make the GM.
