This organization is so unlikeable

The point is, winners aren't passive aggressive weaklings easily influenced by others.

They don't need a babysitter.
Winners come in all shapes and sizes…..at the end of the day do your job. Jeremy Shockey is a two time SB champion soft scumbag. Devaluing head coach as some sore of “babysitter” shows you don’t know what you’re talking about which is par for the course.

Thugs? What thugs are on the team? You guys love to throw that around loosely.

Funny you think this team is unlikeable but im assuming you had no issue in the 90s rooting for the cocky scum bag thugs who played for this team lol. There was no one more arrogant than Prime or Irvin. You just didn’t didn’t care because they won.

But hopping on a soap box because these guys are “thugs” or bums is silly lol. Just say you don’t like them because they aren’t good.
I feel like you

And thugs? Like with thuggish mentality? Bone Thugs? The Thuggish ruggish bone?

Ive actually played on a semi pro team full of what one could call thugs….trust me, Dallas aint thugs

Lol……Dallas wouldnt get pushed around like they do every sunday and thursday if they were a team full of “thugs”

I’ve been a fan of this team for over 40 years and I’ve never been more embarrassed than now and it has nothing to do with wins and loses.

No matter what happened on the field there were always players that you knew were good guys, played the game the right way and actually cared.

There is nobody on this team like now.

Maybe it’s a sign of the times and just the way the League is now but it’s quite obvious that the players don’t care about fans and, in fact, actually have disdain for them.

You have an owner who threatened to fire a radio host because he had the nerve to ask him a tough questions; this mindset has permeated down to the players. Two years ago, Diggs told a reporter “Deez Nuts” when his effort was questioned, and rightfully so after refusing to get his nose in there and tackle a guy running upfield, acting like a adolescent child. They drafted a DL who said that he didn’t even like football, he just likes to hit people. They traded for a guy, Gary, who after a game, is jumping around, swearing walking into the tunnel after finally making a few plays while his play has been pedestrian since he got here.

Then you have Dak. Here’s a guy who it should be easy to root for. From his meager upbringing, to his brother, to his injury, to being the starter of the Dallas Cowboys, it’s now obvious that he’s just like all the rest. While his play on the field has always been up and down, the one thing you could say about him was that he was a good guy,

Not anymore.

Leaving his personal life out of this, the idea that he actually told a security guard to get rid of someone who uttered the word embarrassing to him and actually stared the fan down while trying to be a tough guy, is just the icing on the cake. I get it, in the heat of the moment, directly after a tough game, you might not be in the best mood, but it didn’t stop there. He had time to shower and use time during his post game presser and actually went after the guy again; doubling down on his mistake. And add to the fact the organization obliged their pampered “star” quarterback, it speaks volumes of the culture rot imbued at The Star.

The whole team is full of bums, thugs, losers and quitters.
Always beware of a person who wears their "faith, family, football" on their figurative sleeve for everyone to see.

But this is also consistent with Dak saying, "If you're a real fan you'll keep believing...". What? Now, so I can't call your performance embarrassing and I have to believe?

Yep, or get out. Sound familiar?

Whoa hold up cowboy. NOBODY is excusing Jerry jones. I am rooting for the death of this a hole. No one is confused on why this team is a loser franchise. Or why they are so embarrassing. It’s 1 million percent Jerry. But the players and coaches deserve blame too. Do they have any character? Integrity? Have none of them wanted to win bad enough to say the hell with this and not compromise who they are as people? If they are truly winners

Von miller is old and doesn’t give a damn. Easy paycheck for him
Von Miller was old and didn’t give a damn last use and woke up out the bed and got 9 sacks. Just saying….

Every single player in the NFL is more than likely a winner. All came from a winning program at some point in their life. So at that point what separates those type of players from players on the Lions or the Browns or the Raiders? All crappy cultures. You don’t understand why for 30 years regardless of the head coach the Steelers and Ravens culture is pretty consistent? They win consistently? Or why San Fran is consistent?

You say you understand Jerry is to blame but then go on a tangent about the players and their will to win. Check the scouting reports of all these guys. How many of them didn’t win or were perennial losers? It’s been 30 years sir. Dak has only been here 11 and Lamb about 6 of them. This predates even Romo and Bledsoe.

Naw not thugs. The one probably from the toughest Neighborhood would be Larry Allen, since he grew up in Compton. Guy was tough but had his head in the right place. I got much respect for what he accomplished by focusing on his dream.

That part. But see when they say “thugs” they don’t mean in the sense of pushing people around. They think you are a thug based on how you dress lol. Man…..yeah like I said early sign me up for some real thugs and maybe Irving wouldn’t have ran it down our throats on obvious rush downs.

The 90’s teams were not Pope’s, but they were built differently and bringing trophies home at the same time.
Their leaders Troy, Mike, and Emmitt attitude was "win or die trying". Each of them hated to lose and did not want want any association with losing. Today's team mantra is "dont worry. Direct deposit on Friday."

It’s different times too. Compton in the 2020s ain’t Compton in the 90s or 80s. Not saying one is worse or better just saying it’s different.

Most of these guys come from the country or middle class or lower middle class two parent homes.

Not understanding that men control their attitudes and men who are winners don't need to be spoon fed the culture of a winning attitude by a babysitter shows you have no idea what a winning attitude even is and that you would be the Jeremy Shockey of the team you were on if you were ever to put down the mouse and go outside and get involved in anything other than an internet forum chest pounding session.

p.s. Speaking of passive aggressive weaklings, I never even mentioned the HC. That's just you moving the goalposts.

You forgot about Sam Williams saying the league was "going to feel him" last offseason, Dak telling reporters "they were SUPPOSED to win that game against the Bucs", all the stupid slogans and niick names they give themselves, the team dictor wearing a ridiculously stupid gigantic cowboy hat and bolo tie and lastly Dak saying "Here We Go" for entire season like a 70 IQ lummox would. If ur pointing out reasons why they're so unlikable and get crowned on by the rest of the NFL world, then I didn't want u to leave those out.

I am being honest as I possibly can here. Confession time for me. I have been a Cowboy fan for the entire history of the franchise. I still am a fan of the team. I still want the team to win. HOWEVER, if by some quirk of fate the Cowboys were to win a championship with Jerry Jones as owner/GM there is a part of me that would not like it one bit. After all he had done to hinder this FB team I would dislike seeing him take credit and boasting about a SB win.
