The 90’s teams were not Pope’s, but they were built differently and bringing trophies home at the same time.
Charles Haley was plenty scary but you like that at that position.Yeah actually I wouldn’t mind a few thugs at linebacker. Mix in some dogs.
Well they were all focused in on winning a championship. Controversial off the field, but hard workers on the field. The 90’s teams were not Pope’s, but they were built differently and bringing trophies home at the same time.
Winners come in all shapes and sizes…..at the end of the day do your job. Jeremy Shockey is a two time SB champion soft scumbag. Devaluing head coach as some sore of “babysitter” shows you don’t know what you’re talking about which is par for the course. The point is, winners aren't passive aggressive weaklings easily influenced by others.
They don't need a babysitter.
Yep. Sign me up for Haley. But then there’s scum like Greg Hardy and Tank Johnson and Pac-Man Jones who we get awarded with.Charles Haley was plenty scary but you like that at that position.
This, remember the Playmaker said they looked forward to Sunday’s.Well they were all focused in on winning a championship. Controversial off the field, but hard workers on the field.
The Play Maker would tell Cornerbacks that he trade a concussion for a touchdown. This, remember the Playmaker said they looked forward to Sunday’s.
I feel like youThugs? What thugs are on the team? You guys love to throw that around loosely.
Funny you think this team is unlikeable but im assuming you had no issue in the 90s rooting for the cocky scum bag thugs who played for this team lol. There was no one more arrogant than Prime or Irvin. You just didn’t didn’t care because they won.
But hopping on a soap box because these guys are “thugs” or bums is silly lol. Just say you don’t like them because they aren’t good.
Always beware of a person who wears their "faith, family, football" on their figurative sleeve for everyone to see.I’ve been a fan of this team for over 40 years and I’ve never been more embarrassed than now and it has nothing to do with wins and loses.
No matter what happened on the field there were always players that you knew were good guys, played the game the right way and actually cared.
There is nobody on this team like now.
Maybe it’s a sign of the times and just the way the League is now but it’s quite obvious that the players don’t care about fans and, in fact, actually have disdain for them.
You have an owner who threatened to fire a radio host because he had the nerve to ask him a tough questions; this mindset has permeated down to the players. Two years ago, Diggs told a reporter “Deez Nuts” when his effort was questioned, and rightfully so after refusing to get his nose in there and tackle a guy running upfield, acting like a adolescent child. They drafted a DL who said that he didn’t even like football, he just likes to hit people. They traded for a guy, Gary, who after a game, is jumping around, swearing walking into the tunnel after finally making a few plays while his play has been pedestrian since he got here.
Then you have Dak. Here’s a guy who it should be easy to root for. From his meager upbringing, to his brother, to his injury, to being the starter of the Dallas Cowboys, it’s now obvious that he’s just like all the rest. While his play on the field has always been up and down, the one thing you could say about him was that he was a good guy,
Not anymore.
Leaving his personal life out of this, the idea that he actually told a security guard to get rid of someone who uttered the word embarrassing to him and actually stared the fan down while trying to be a tough guy, is just the icing on the cake. I get it, in the heat of the moment, directly after a tough game, you might not be in the best mood, but it didn’t stop there. He had time to shower and use time during his post game presser and actually went after the guy again; doubling down on his mistake. And add to the fact the organization obliged their pampered “star” quarterback, it speaks volumes of the culture rot imbued at The Star.
The whole team is full of bums, thugs, losers and quitters.
Von Miller was old and didn’t give a damn last use and woke up out the bed and got 9 sacks. Just saying….Whoa hold up cowboy. NOBODY is excusing Jerry jones. I am rooting for the death of this a hole. No one is confused on why this team is a loser franchise. Or why they are so embarrassing. It’s 1 million percent Jerry. But the players and coaches deserve blame too. Do they have any character? Integrity? Have none of them wanted to win bad enough to say the hell with this and not compromise who they are as people? If they are truly winners
Von miller is old and doesn’t give a damn. Easy paycheck for him
Naw not thugs. The one probably from the toughest Neighborhood would be Larry Allen, since he grew up in Compton. Guy was tough but had his head in the right place. I got much respect for what he accomplished by focusing on his dream.I feel like you
And thugs? Like with thuggish mentality? Bone Thugs? The Thuggish ruggish bone?
Ive actually played on a semi pro team full of what one could call thugs….trust me, Dallas aint thugs
Lol……Dallas wouldnt get pushed around like they do every sunday and thursday if they were a team full of “thugs”
That part. But see when they say “thugs” they don’t mean in the sense of pushing people around. They think you are a thug based on how you dress lol. Man…..yeah like I said early sign me up for some real thugs and maybe Irving wouldn’t have ran it down our throats on obvious rush downs.I feel like you

Their leaders Troy, Mike, and Emmitt attitude was "win or die trying". Each of them hated to lose and did not want want any association with losing. Today's team mantra is "dont worry. Direct deposit on Friday."The 90’s teams were not Pope’s, but they were built differently and bringing trophies home at the same time.
It’s different times too. Compton in the 2020s ain’t Compton in the 90s or 80s. Not saying one is worse or better just saying it’s different.Naw not thugs. The one probably from the toughest Neighborhood would be Larry Allen, since he grew up in Compton. Guy was tough but had his head in the right place. Not understanding that men control their attitudes and men who are winners don't need to be spoon fed the culture of a winning attitude by a babysitter shows you have no idea what a winning attitude even is and that you would be the Jeremy Shockey of the team you were on if you were ever to put down the mouse and go outside and get involved in anything other than an internet forum chest pounding session.Winners come in all shapes and sizes…..at the end of the day do your job. Jeremy Shockey is a two time SB champion soft scumbag. Devaluing head coach as some sore of “babysitter” shows you don’t know what you’re talking about which is par for the course.
And you were begging him to do so.No sense tanking now. Jerry traded all our picks. Lol
You forgot about Sam Williams saying the league was "going to feel him" last offseason, Dak telling reporters "they were SUPPOSED to win that game against the Bucs", all the stupid slogans and niick names they give themselves, the team dictor wearing a ridiculously stupid gigantic cowboy hat and bolo tie and lastly Dak saying "Here We Go" for entire season like a 70 IQ lummox would. If ur pointing out reasons why they're so unlikable and get crowned on by the rest of the NFL world, then I didn't want u to leave those out.I’ve been a fan of this team for over 40 years and I’ve never been more embarrassed than now and it has nothing to do with wins and loses.
