The Jake Ferguson situation is similar to the Zeke situation near the end of his big deal. Everyone that watches the games sees the guy is no longer good. But the Cowboys won't bench the player because of the money he makes and how high his "status" is.

The lack of accountability is the #1 biggest problem with the team.

I never considered him anything more than an average tight end. Would that stat point towards him fumbling about every 4 games?

A tight end being up there is just dumb. Gotta cut him after this year. Him and Bland. Ferg is a second tight end who does well in the redzone. That’s about it.

It is but they structured it favorably. When they signed I saw everyone say it was essentially a 2 year deal so at least it wasn’t a long term mess but both should be cut. This is years of this now.
