How important to Cowboys avoiding 2-4?

Long complex answer: its not.

the fans: omg let me tell you why it is...

Jerry Jones flashing his check book like hes with the FBI: i dont care kid now shut up.

I don't know if there is pressure on the boys. I mean they're not really set up to have a good successful run this year. It did change a bunch of players but these defensive coaches are still wet behind the ears and they're still figuring out their new roles as coaches. And yeah, they're bringing in poutine to maybe help be a veteran voice in that room. Maybe help with the play calling but these guys clearly haven't had enough time to gel. They should have been playing in preseason. They've got so many issues. Schottenheimer's still sucks as an offensive coordinator call and plays. If it wasn't for the enormous amount of talent on that side of the ball, they wouldn't be much better. Special teams is a joke. They looked half decent finally for one game and then went right back to being terrible. The only thing that we know for sure is that simply getting more talent on defense. Wasn't going to fix this this team's issues and that's unfortunate cuz we were really counting on that. So right now they won six games. They're about on par. What else can you expect they're not going to compete for this division.

I certainly don’t have any confidence heading to Green Bay after our loss at home to Tampa.

Our division appears to certainly be getable this year but falling to 2-4 the pressure will continue to grow.

So how big is this game Sunday night ?

In our division? Maybe not all that important. The tie with Washington hurts because it does give the Giants an extra half-game lead we have to overcome, but 2-4 isn't going to take us out of the division race.

Now, I'm not at all counting on us making up the gap already between us and the Giants. I'm just saying 2-4 wouldn't really make it that much more insurmountable.

Im not trying to be hyperbolic nor dramatic but this may be the most important game of our lives.

The stakes have never been higher.

It's important to us, but the team could could care less if they win or lose.

It plays with zero urgency. If things break their way? Sure they will take the W. If it goes south? Don't look for effort until the score goes so far lopsided it expose their lack of care.

This is a group of heartless LOSERS.

Unless the Spiral down continues to 2-5.
