What differences do you see forthcoming with the roster, and schematically?

In shaking things up with the roster, would it bother you to see more guys called up from the practice squad, or maybe some of our core players being given less reps to allow others to play. For example, could we see Trigg called up or Brown (WR), maybe we see less of Von Miller, and more of James Houston/M. Lawrence???


Schematically, could we see some changes in the way we run things on offense to make things more efficient to help us run more effectively/help our passing game? With MP coming aboard, how much of an impact will we see early with him helping out CP???

No shake up on the roster is needed unless the y make a trade for a big time player.

The offense will be fine. But possibly see more what Spann-Ford can do.
Stop the stupid reverse with Lamb.

Need to see what Pettine can do to help the Defense, but that may take a few games.
Need to get the guys back from IR.
Like Thompson, Locke, Gilliam and Bullard for depth at DT.

Get the other players healthy as well, Overshown, Revel, and anyone else with those nagging injuries.

They'll be absolutely nothing schematically different they're still trying to install the 34 and get the players to understand their assignments that is all the move with the coach is they brought over Mike Pettini to bridge the gap to help the players pick this up quicker and an extra pair of eyes apparently he's gonna be on the sideline why parker's gonna be in the booth at least that's the rumor Now that helps with communication and have eyes from ground level and up high that knows what's supposed to be going on with the game plan and how the game is unfolding and that is it but yes I sure hope they do something with players..


Something would be demoting a lot of guys not cutting them but start taking reps away from them take them from 1st string reps to 2nd string reps or or even further down the chain what that's especially from some of the corners like Bland and yes 87 and 78 on offense I don't even have to mention their names you know who I'm talking about they need demotions I think Terrence should get the backup role this swing tackle roll and they should try somebody else there whether that's Jones or the guy from the practice squad that they drafted that's supposed to be good I can't remember his name..

So yes shake it up a little and then that to be that big for me I'm putting over shown as a pass rusher and you're right I'd bring over some more James Houston but I'm trying overshone so I can get all three of my linebackers on the field at the same time You can leave winters next to Barham and then bring over overshown as a pass rusher..

I think all the above and more II believe we're not gonna see schematic changes still gonna be at 34 they're still gonna try to mix it up but it is what it is you still got to play the games.

Most of the mistakes are happening not schematically it's the players they don't know their assignments their overrunning plays they're playing hero ball even though they're close to players that are breaking big runs they don't seem to see it So hopefully they get it figured out..

Yeah we've been saying that for awhile now about the running play with lamb, can't Turpin get a few touches in that area??

No guy from the PS can help ok, but if a starter goes down they better be ready, doesn't hurt to shake things up a bit

I agree, but I also bet that the way the team practices and coaches coach will change....I keep hearing there is to much youth on the coaching side and not enough experience. Kinda like what the Bears Ben Johnson told the team..practice habits are yet to reflect a championship-caliber team...they lacked effort, lack of accountability and lack execution...sounds so much like the Cowboys defense.
