In thirty years people will still be talking about the legendary pass rush of 2026 when Eze, Gary and a 47 year old Von Miller led the Cowboys to 24 sacks, passing 1989’s franchise low.

A lot of infamous records being set under Jerry and ours gaze.In thirty years people will still be talking about the legendary pass rush of 2026 when Eze, Gary and a 47 year old Von Miller led the Cowboys to 24 sacks, passing 1989’s franchise low.
I have no words for this level of foolishness.so much so they ended up making the super Bowl. Hopefully we can end up with the same kind of turnaround. IT CAN HAPPEN,....they proved it can.

I think they had Sparks and Seahorn tooThe Giants had at least 2-3 All Pros, I believe on that defense.
Armstead and Strahan is all I can remember.
The Duo of CP and Pettine should have no problem doing the same with our ballers......could be Downs, Quinnen and possibly Big Poppa Pump.
But what a turn around that team had and I remember the press conference JF had saying we will get better after struggling and boy did they! We can do the same. They ended up losing a close but most boring super Bowl in history to the Ravens but.....![]()
Didn’t the Giants have a players meeting with Coughlan after back-to-back losses to start the season. They were revolting to Coughlan’s tough coaching. He ameliorated after that. That was a good example. The Armstead/Strahan/Hamilton line was a great one.
Heres another Giants example
In 2007 Spagnuolo, as a first time DC, gave up like a hundred points to start the season. The fans were going berserk. They ended up winning the Super Bowl.
Of course, he had one greatest pass rushing d-lines in giants history to help him turn it around, but it’s another example of a bad start that turned around.
That team also had Strahan as well as Osi, Tuck and the great Antonio Pierce. Over 50 sacks that year.
We’re on pace for 17, lol.
Hopefully we catch Jimmy and Wannatedt’s first season when they had 23 which is the franchise record for fewest sacks. All they had was Jeffcoat but this years pass rushers make Jeffcoat look like Demarcus Ware.
Boring? Besides the Cowboys super bowl wins, this was the best, most exciting SB I ever watched. The 3rd quarter ended 24-7. The Final was 34-7. My numbers were 4 and 7 in a 100 dollar box. They ended up losing a close but most boring super Bowl in history to the Ravens but.....![]()
They lost 34-7. You call that close lol? They ended up losing a close but most boring super Bowl in history to the Ravens but.....![]()
No i don't. That why I've made three posts now saying that I mis remembered that part. So..lolThey lost 34-7. You call that close lol?
Wait, just checking your math...............We’re on pace for 17, lol.
There will be a spurt somewhere with the numbers. It might not mean anything, but it might help the team not set a franchise low.Wait, just checking your math...............
Yes that is correct!
