Parker to move from field to coaches booth

alot of coaches sit in the coaches booth. maybe parker will have a better view of the whole defense in the booth.

He will be watching MP call the plays soon.

Lots of good DCs -- Fangio and Quinn come to mind -- prefer the box. No real reason to be on the sideline. Maybe back in the day when staffs were much smaller but now with much larger staffs, the position coaches can do much of the sideline work with the players.

Jethro hires the coaches. HC never gets to hire their own coaches. Jethro sends coaches upstairs. Jethro then makes HC fires coordinators eventually. Jethro eventually fires HC. Jetro hires new HC. Rinse and repeat just change the names. Hope is not a strategy.

Sometimes people cannot elevate in their profession. It happens in all walks of life. Leadership matters and great leaders can elevate those around them. It doesnt happen with speeches but through preparation and focusing on the details. I dont see the players demonstrating preparedness, so until that changes CP is not who Jerry thought he was.
