It already moved. I cant imagine them not using an abundance of caution now.Scheffter saying Hurts had pain in his calf before the London game.
Could be out longer than this week.
Waiting to see if the clot moves. Probably on blood thinners as was posted above.
McKee back up QB to start.
The strange part of this is that the Eagles could be 4-1 if brain dead Sirianni kicked a field goal against the Rams and kicked the ball out of the end zone against the Jags.Oh boy!
I hope the guy is ok. Blood clots are nothing to play with at all.
The Eagles are going through it right now. Injuries, bad coaching, poor execution, a horrible fan base, and now this.
You are correct. I missed that.I believe they released Dalton over a week ago.
Against our D he may look like a gem!!!Scheffter saying Hurts had pain in his calf before the London game.

They might flipping through the Rolodex for his phone number. You are correct. I missed that.
There's already rumors circulating that he may not be back next season anyway. If he's out a few games and they start losing don't be surprised if they shut him down for the season. It will be just up roseman Alley to start playing the tanking game.My understanding of blot clots is they need to stabilize. He'll get a shot of Lovenox and then they'd typically want him on a blood thinner for 3-6 months as their is a known provocation (cleat to calf.)
The blood thinner doesnt break up the clot, but prevents further clotting development. His body has to naturally break it down. The important thing now is the clot stabilizes in place. Apparently they detected movement afrer initially clearing him to play. He cant risk it further as the clot could work its way to the heart, lungs, or brain causing a heart attack, pulmonary embolism or stroke.
Im sure a doc can and will come along shortly and correct my "understanding" though.
Point is, he could be out awhile.
Big news
I didn't know that.I believe they released Dalton over a week ago.
Wonder if it’s due to some supplement and or illegal substance.Man it seems like this happens too often now. Olave was another one. These guys are too young to be throwing clots. Eagles can suck it, but heal up.
On October 9, 2026, Dalton was released by the Eagles.Andy Dalton, lol! I wonder if they just bench him and go to Tanner McKee.
Probably not, however anything that affects hormone levels can be a trigger. I highly doubt that's the case though with nfl testing.Wonder if it’s due to some supplement and or illegal substance.
or the other elephant in the room which I will not mentionWonder if it’s due to some supplement and or illegal substance.
