Stephen: We absolutely believe in Brian Schottenheimer

[Risen Star]

Cowboys EVP Stephen Jones on @1053thefan said they “absolutely” believe in Brian Schottenheimer.

“There’s not any question in Jerry and my mind. He has the team. There’s no question they want to go out there and execute and make things happen. Feel really good about our coaching staff. We just got to have it continue to evolve and get to a point to where we can win these football games.”

Just a kick in the teeth.

<insert RUN DMC classic here>

Looks like the Jones are not thinking of any coaching changes.

[Reality]

Yeah, he's gone ..

[Zordon]

I hate this family, especially Stephen.

[DallasEast]

Yeah, he's gone ..

Does kinda read like a kiss of death.

If you ever needed it explained to you just how incompetent this FO is, Stephen just summed it up perfectly here.

Why would they?

They are doing a bang up job.

Just ask them.

This is normally the beginning of the end for the HC.

[PA Cowboy Fan]

The vote of confidence. Said the same think about Wade before he was canned.

Standard response from Jerry and Stephen.

They never openly criticize anyone.

Shotty and CP are going to be fired after the season.

Unless the team goes on an 8-2 run.

Team looks worse than last season .

People have read and listen to Stephen Jones for a long time. Even these comments will not convince anyone who did not understand years before he flapped his gums today.

I told you guys, I would ruin the day I figured out how to post these!!

[Havic]

Embarrassing.

Just a kick in the teeth.

Don’t be a pessimist coach Jerry likes where we’re at more than this time last year!

[Desperado]

The Jones boys never seem to realize that kind of question is not about gaining insights to some mystery we don’t understand about football… it is a statement that most of the world already knows the real situation and is expecting something to be done about it.
