Stephen: We absolutely believe in Brian Schottenheimer

[Tabascocat]

Uh oh, he didn’t say they need to chop more wood

[Runwildboys]

Embarrassing.

Where have I heard that before?

[MarkP88]

Cowboys EVP Stephen Jones on @1053thefan said they “absolutely” believe in Brian Schottenheimer.

“There’s not any question in Jerry and my mind. He has the team. There’s no question they want to go out there and execute and make things happen. Feel really good about our coaching staff. We just got to have it continue to evolve and get to a point to where we can win these football games.”

"We picked him. And we are never wrong."

[OGSixshooter]

Yes!!! The kiss of death. He'll be gone by season's end.

The Jones boys never seem to realize that kind of question is not about gaining insights to some mystery we don’t understand about football… it is a statement that most of the world already knows the real situation and is expecting something to be done about it.

The entire Jones family's 84-yard old comprehension of NFL football management is 8th grade level.

[DallasEast]

Dang it! He's gone. He's not going six feet under.

[ArtClink]

Anyone who thinks Stephen will be any different than Jerry is fooling themselves. Hubris rules all in Dallas.

[QuincyCarter]

Why wouldn't they? He's a cheap yes man. That is all they need in a HC.

You’re very kind, lol!

[DallasEast]

Embarrassing.

Typing that message outside of a stadium tunnel loses some of the effect.

[BoysForLife]

Yeah, he's gone ..

Yeah that's basically the equivalent of the mafia boss telling you that he likes you

[Rayman70]

They will continue the charade until the final game by which we are mathematically eliminated from any idea of the post season. We've seen this before. What a gut punch to this fan base. Hopeless situation.

[JBS]

Just a kick in the teeth.

Credit to you and some others in here. Called this guy a fraud from the very beginning. Until dumb and dumber decide to hire a real football coach, nothing will ever change around here

[Whyjerry]

It's over. This franchise will never recover.

[Rayman70]

Yeah that's basically the equivalent of the mafia boss telling you that he likes you

Right before he unalives you lol

[Runwildboys]

There is a possibility that Stephen only has that confidence because Daddy is there to catch him. He may turn to someone with more knowledge, once he starts receiving the brunt of the criticism.

[Denim Chicken]

Just got to keep chopping wood, guys.

Admittedly, I was wrong about him. He's terrible. Ineptitude galore. He's not his Father. Nowhere close.
