Question for the Oldtimers

I'm an "oldtimer" myself, but I have a question regarding a player from just before "My time".

Do any of you remember a TE that was in Cowboys training camp as an undrafted rookie in 1986 by the name of Glenn Ryan?

Age withstanding... I have a bulging disk in my neck and lower back. I also have gout and arthritis in both knees... So I sure as hell feel like an old timer.
