#1 Enemy is back, Giants and Brandon Jacobs reach 1 year agreement

I thought we were done with him, I hope that he's only a shell of his former self.

Don't like him but he's a decent RB when he wants to run and not tip toe. I hate to see him back on multiple levels.

He's one of the only people in sports I actually have true disdain for.

Hate to say it, but he'll actually make that team better. Brings back some much needed attitude for them.

Well, he was never really that good. He was the most timid big guy in the league. But he was incredibly annoying.

Look for some smack talk....so we will just need to smack him on the field....and Eli too just for the fun of it!!!

Yeah but he brought some toughness and attitude to that offense especially when he played us.

I don't think so. Jacobs is done, but if Coughlin wants to roll with him instead of allowing a potential star to figure out his fumbling problems, I have NO problem with that.

Yeah, I'm not expecting him to come in and make an actual difference with his play. As I mentioned above he was never really that good. But he brings attitude to a offense that had become incredibly soft, and may help Wilson's confidence-- that kid is broken.

Wilson needs a mentor. In my opinion, he's not a potential star any longer. He's more of a potential train wreck. He hasn't shown me a single thing that tells me he's an every down, 1st round worthy back.

That may be, but they'll never really know unless they continue to develop him. Same thing with T. Williams. He hasn't shown that much either, but we have to give him the opportunity.

Yeah, I don't think Wilson will be on the bench. He'll probably still get plenty of touches. But it seems they threw him into the fire too quickly. To me, it seemed like he was a little too carefree maybe had a little growing up to do the summer after he was drafted. He seemed to talk to much, and although it was all in jest, it just didn't seem like he was taking things seriously.

I recall Jacobs being a very good - and huge - back for a couple of years about 5 or 6 years ago, but after that he seemed to get hurt a lot. However, he was still pretty hard to stop after even after his peak years, and probably still is if he is healthy and in shape. If Coughlin is bringing him back, he must think Jacobs has something left.
