It's been pretty much a foregone conclusion Dodds was leaving within the next 1-2 years. This really makes the most sense for him.

I honestly can't have any ill will towards him. During his tenure, his accomplishments have far outweighed his deficits.

This also seems to make the writing on the wall, that much clearer as far as Mack's future.

Hopefully Mack and Barnes are next. Augie is losing his touch as well, might be time for him to go also.
