Jerry Jones: “Tony played the best game of his career.”

Romo was fantastic. Absolutely fantastic.

No one...NO ONE...thought we would be in that position before the game started. There is one reason and one reason only this team put up 48 against what some consider the best team in the league.

Romo. Period. End of discussion.

Is Jerry already talking? They need to forget this game and move on to Washington. No time to dwell.

I was saying that myself until that pick. I don't think I would say that after the pick, but then again, it would require some major cogitation on my part to think of a game where he was better.

Sucks that he threw that pick at the end, but at the same time, it's asking a heck of a lot from your quarterback to play that flawless for that long.

I was one of the ones that was somewhat critical of how conservative things had been with Romo and the offense through four games so I'm actually encouraged by the game, all things considered.

What did he say about the Defense and Garrett's performance???

That silence will be deafening.

I disagree: Romo doesn't need to play a 'perfect' game he just needs to stop making dumb decisions: 2:36 left, with the ball, three timeouts, at home...the great ones win these games...Romo is what he is and we've seen this before. He doesn't 'stink' as some will say here...just my opinion...

Romo played like his gunslinger days. He was throwing the long ball accurately, escaping. I wonder if it was just for today based on Broncos D and will he revert back to his conservative style vs Commanders.

Tony Romo was on fire, you can't expect to win this game with the way the defense was napalmed. Just carpet bombed up and down all day. Never seen that before and this scheme sucks.

Peyton makes the throw to the RB there, not the covered TE, and Tony needs to fine tune his thinking on 2nd and long there. He didn't need to try to force that throw in there, and should have realized that the LB may recognize the play as he had run it before.

A great game overall though.

Or he, you know...throws an INT like he also did in the game......
