This win makes us a "shaky 5-4" because of the horrible defensive play

horrible defensive play.

I can't believe that Christian ponder was able to move the Vikings offense on our defense with such ease, which shouldn't give any of us a good feeling going into next week against the Saints. Yeah we move to 5-4 and remain alone in 1st place but it doesn't change the fact that this defense is awful. A 1-6 team should not have come into our house and ran and passed the ball the way they did all day. That's just lets you know what's in store for this defense the rest of the season. This is a win that does not feel good because the defense is getting worst each week and I don't know how any realistic fan can look ahead with optimism.

But like I said we are a shaky 5-4 and hope to see the defense play better at some point

the offense played even worse and they have no excuse they only have 1 injury, meanwhile our defense is decimated

Yes, they have no excuse, cept balls dropped, penalties, IDIOTIC penalties & the 1 injury that could have given us a better O-Line today to have played a bit better.
Our defense was pretty much as beat up last season. Doesn't excuse getting WORKED as badly as we have this season.

What's frustrating is seeing that 9play, 90yd drive and knowing YES, Dallas can infact do that. So why not doing consistantly every drive?

So getting a TD and INT on defense is playing horrible? I think we played more zone coverage due to the absence of Wilcox and Claiborne. Why gamble on leaving Webb and other rookie DB's isolated?

The fact is Dallas isn't a very good football team, period...

Thank you. People should be happy that we're even 5-4 with control of the divison. All the injuries on the

How is dropped balls an acceptable excuse? lol that's just failure to execute the simplest things. The only good excuse you have for the offense is Brian Waters being down.

Our defense did pretty good. When one considers our big play guy on the D line, Everette Brown, just got off his couch and jointed the team on Tuesday, our D did a heck of a job. Props to the coaching staff for finding this guy and getting him in the game today.

You are what your record says you are. I though the defense played well. Ponder has a good arm and mobility, there was a reason he was a1st rd pick. Adrian Peterson carried them today, just not enough for a victory.

I really like what are defense did with the injuries we have at key positions.

Why the frack is everyone so negative after a win?

We have players off the street playing on defense. A ****ty defense is a given at this point. Yet, we forced a few turnovers. I just don't understand why people want to scapegoat the defense when frankly, our offense with a talented QB, hall of fame TE and an elite WR are still sputtering.

If you watched the game you would know

This team is about as shaky as you can get:confused:

I did watch the game maybe you should watch it again. Majority of your posts are negative, that's fine but you're off base if you think the defense didn't help win this game today. When Romo threw the 4th Quarter Int, did the defense fold? No, they got Romo the ball back.

Stop expecting the 85 Bears.

YOU want to talk about shaky, Dunbar had a minus 6 yards rushing.

Honestly I don't think the defense played that bad considering. I think the problem is this offense can't sustain drives. The 4 for possessions of the 2nd half 3 punts and an int. This game should've been a blow out and it wasn't. They can't keep putting the defense on the field and ask them to make plays

I will take a shaky 5-4 over 4-5 any day of the week........................however, I do acknowledge that if we were playing somebody half way decent today we would have lost.
