The only tape certain people on this team need to be watching is the security tape of people walking through the exit door. Study it, execute it to perfection....be the best out the door exit guy in the league. Make sure you hands are waist height and hit that door bar hard and extend that arm for full door swing. Stride through the door, don't shuffle. Stride. And don't look back, you've executed a full exit.

I never thought Rob was a good defensive coordinator either and we weren't exactly lighting up on defense as well. To be honest, he was a blowhard and wouldn't shutup at times when he would talk up our defense like it was the best. I always hated his 3 down lineman pressure. As far as Kiffen is concerned the only good thing out this defense is the Interceptions that we've been getting, but the other stats are beyond abysmal. This is almost similar to Paul Pasqualoni's defense after Wade got the boot. We started to get more turnovers (interceptions), but allowed more yards previously. Honestly, even Pasqualoni's defense looks better than this.
