JPP: "G-men going to 'put it on' the Cowboys"

When the giants talk smack to the cowboys they usually back it up. I've seen this so many times that I don't expect the outcome to be any different.

I think they are going to beat us like a rented mule.

Then don't watch! I'm sure there will be a game on CBS. You can watch that one.

In the event you do decide to watch let us know, we can send you a chaplain in the instance they lose. Quit sulking and move on.

I think we'll win because I think we're the better team and we're getting healthier. We MUST contain the run with our front 7 and I believe we will. Make Eli try to do it himself and catch the possible INTs that hit you in the hands.

Hatcher, Claiborne, Wilcox and Austin should be back. Offense gets some much-needed time to clean some things up.

JPP talking trash is funny to me. Tyron made him his b-word in Week 1.

I honestly give us almost no shot in this game. Excluding the Bengal game last year, we lost almost every big game. Every big divisional road game we lose under Garrett.

This thread really has it all...you have your chicken little fans spouting "the sky is falling, the sky is falling"...you have your fans disputing that including the name calling, you have fans stating that they will win the game despite JPP's comments, and then some fans in the middle.....got my popcorn, waiting to see the next comment......go!

btw, I see a close-fought victory for Dallas around 27-24

I think he is right. the giants are the better team at this time of the season.

I would agree.

I remember being told the Giants were out of it a month ago. They're right in the mix now and even more so if they win on Sunday.

And I think they will.

After watching a mediocre RB like Ingram run all over our D...I'm more than just a little concerned over what Brown and Jacobs will do.

Ernie Simms is going to play middle linebacker. The guy can not shed a block to save his life. Holloman is going to be playing next to him.

They are going to do whatever they want on offense on us.

We are a poorly coached, poor roster who just quit in a primetime game. This can not be understated.

0-3 out of the bye u dee Garrett, terrible on the road.

And to those pointing out the win over the giants in week 1, that means nothing. This is a completely different scenario and one we always fail in under Garrett. This is a different team after the lions and saints losses. It's a team that will be looking for a place to lay down and die during games gong forward.

They are human, they understand the scenario surrounding the coaching staff. They know what a huge I act not having lee will be. We will never stop the run without lee and our safeties can't cover anyone.

All I can say is I sure hope you're wrong theebs. I hope this bunch comes out embarrassed and shows some heart

Is that why Jerry said it was a mistake?

Apparently Jerry thinks switching schemes was a mistake...............................Nice revelation to have in week 11............................I guess 40 first downs kinda convinced him that maybe this scheme is not working.............LOL

No I'm guessing that no scheme would work having 7 to 8 starters sitting on the bench.

If it was our guys saying this we'd be crying about bulletin board material.

Talk is cheap. JPP has done exactly zero for about 2 seasons now.

The Giants are averaging a putrid 19 points per game. They can score on us but they can't win a shootout.
And hopefully even our mental midget portion of the fan pool can recognize the defense that played versus the Saints with Pellerin/Heath and untold DL I can't even name getting a ton of snaps won't be on the field next game.

Guys, some of you need to calm down. This is the .500 Cowboys. We beat teams below .500 and lose to teams above .500. The Giants are a VERY week team. There is no reason we don't go in there and get the win against them. Plus we are getting several quality players back... Hatcher, Wilcox, Claiborne, etc. The Giants are opening up as 2.5 favorites but I see us winning this one.

We have not swept the giants since 2007.
Last time we played the giants we won, but Eli put up 450 yards passing with 4 TDs and 3 ints
Nix had over 100 yards rec
Randle had over 100 yards rec
Cruz had over 100 yards and 3 TDs
Plus there were 3 other fumbles.

6 turn overs and we still barely won by 5 points.

Add that to our abysmal win loss record with JG as coach when we are coming out of a bye week.
Add that to the number of injuries we have had to our defense and Waters missing as well.

There is a reason many think we will not win this game, because this movie has been played before.

This is what happens when you lose and go on a bye. As fans we're frustrated and there is nothing more we want than to go to Ny and end their season; erase all hope. Can you imagine how our players feel? This is why I'm confident that our boys will respond.

Having Mo, Hatcher, Wilcox, Holloman, and a rested Ware in, will boost our defense.

Cowboys are in a win win situation.

If we win it's great and we're still in the playoff hunt. If we lose it's great because we're closer to getting rid of one of the worst coaches in football that doesn't tip his waitresses.
