Absolutely Inexcusable Officiating

The play clock mis-call is absolutely, positively the worst officiating blunder all year.

Screwed. With the season on the line.

It really affected the game IMHO!!! And how, No one. Refs or coaches, didnt stop and say, "wait a minute, that was too quick" is beyond me.......Al michaels and CC were saying it within seconds of the call.....

That 2 point attempt was in the end zone so speed wasn't a factor. The guy grabbed his jersey literally holding him. I'm not saying it was the difference in the game, but we had a chance to tie it up. That no call was monumental.

But from the calls given in the game to that point. There was no call. Which to me seemed correct.
I see your point fully. Yes player holding - but remember withing 5 yards contact allowed.

I thought about the 5 yard rule, but I don't think holding is allowed, just contact. Correct me if I'm wrong.

You are right but they had allowed a lot of contact and stuff like that all night. You can't just start calling it at the end. If you let them play, you should let them play the entire game.

Overall, the game was called well. Kudos to the Cowboys for playing basically mistake free. When is the last time we saw that?

Your post provides entertainment. Is that your goal?

Posting on a message board is like a show, if you want to look at it that way. I think I have spent more money on keyboards than anybody on this board did this year.

I let it all hang out. And I should. My style is to go for it. It really is to go for it. I do it on a risky basis. I go for it.

To hell with content. Keeping your post among the most-read is what's important. Keep them coming back.

That is one thing that is useful in the way that I post. When you work for yourself, there's not but one thing to change—that's what's in that mirror.

They overcame but Garrett should have questioned it.

Smart coaches question it. Sick and tired of the same excuse that our coach can't question refs even though every other team does. Our team just doesn't have smart coaches.
