Sean Lee is our only guy who could start in Seattle

We will see if Ware can get healthy and his body may be breaking down. But if right he would be a holy terror in that defense. Ware, doesn't get it as much as romo but he gets a lot of it, is one of the best defensive players ever in Cowboys history. Unfortunately he has been surrounded by a lot of trash.

If we're strictly talking defense, I think only a healthy Ware makes the starting lineup in Seattle.

If we're talking the entire team, I think in addition to a healthy Ware: Witten, Dez, and Tyron Smith would start for Seattle.

It would not surprise me if they tried to get sign him. They are pretty aggressive in player acquisition without overspending.
Agreed....the best fit for him is a 4-3 contender, and there really aren't all that many of them out there. After that, its really hard to say, I think the market for him is going to be much smaller than he thinks.

People get all hung up on who starts.
Ware, Hatcher, Spencer, Lee, Carr and Claiborne would get significant snaps.
Offensively, Romo> Wilson Dez would start and Twill would get significant snaps. Witten, Tyron woul start. Leary Bernadeau Frederick and Free would be a toss up

I'm pretty sure they are fudging on Sherman's height. He and Claiborne look pretty comparable, both are former WRs.

It seems about right.

Julio Jones is 6'3" 225ish and this is him lined up against Sherman:

Jones has a clear bulk advantage, but they're about the same height. Here's Claiborne going against Jones.

Claiborne is a bit stockier than Sherman, but clearly shorter.

The Seahawks had 19 defenders in the green in ProFootballFocus' 2013 regular season rankings, and 3 in the red.

We had 5 in the green and 23 in the red.

Wow...............the reality is that outside of maybe a handful of guys, most of our players would be backups in Seattle.

Thanks for posting, but they don't BS the measurements at the combine.

Claiborne 5'11-1/8", arm 33-1/4", vert 35

Sherman 6'2-5/8", arm 32, vert 38

I don't think any cowboys player on defense could start for the seahawks there players all look pretty good don't think they need any players from dallas

all of our corners would play well there. Church too.

You know why?

Because they get pressure on the QB.

Playing well for them and starting are two different things entirely though. Chancellor and Thomas are in a whole other universe than Barry Church.

Much of what they are is because of the front seven. Best corner in the NFL made that very clear in several statements over the past few weeks

They are fuding, but not by much. He measured in at 6'2.5" at the combine. So no, he's not comparable to Claiborne but he's not exactly 6'3" either. Claiborne measured in a hair over 5'11".

As far as Cowboys that would fit in as Seahawks, you can add Scandrick to the list. That dude is chippy.
