Black Widow movie

To me this character is boring. What's funny, is that Scarlett doesn't even use a Russian accent playing the role. Too funny.

What's even funnier is "real life" critique on comic book to movie screen adaption. Lol
 
Not excited for a Widow movie. Scarlet is hot, yeah but come on.... she is very very overrated as Widow. Not deserving of a standalone film in my opinion.

Buy hey, she can do backflips! lol. If I want a martial arts film, I'll put in a Bruce Lee flick.
 
It must really be difficult to watch movies when you can only watch one actor per genre.
 
And.... When it comes out you will be at movie theater to see it.... Or Atleast see it on DVD or cable. Lol
 
I mean I will still watch it, but it will be a "wait for it on DVD" movie for me.

Kind of like the new 8 episode Agents of Shield Peggy Carter mini series they are doing
 
I'll watch it. I enjoyed their approach to the Black Widow in the Avengers and Cap2.
 
I thought the character was on screen an awful lot, almost too much during Cap 2. Doubt I'd be that interested in seeing a dedicated BW film unless there were confirmed cameos of other characters.

Having a russian agent without the accent is just plain dumb. I don't see how saying that "is funny".

Didn't know we couldn't say stuff just because it's a comic book movie.

She's a trained spy, I don't think it's a stretch to say she mastered English without an accent.

So is James Bond (trained spy). He has his accent. Guess if he went to America (to work), he'd have an Amercan accent too. Oh well, it is what it is.
 
Y'all can argue BW's standing in the Superhero community and whether or not she's desrving of her own movie or not or how dumb it is that she dosen't have a Russian accent (How about Russell crowe in Gladiator-A Spaniard with an Australian accent?) all y'all want, even if I wasn't a Marvel fan I wouldn't mind watching Scarlett kick butt and blow **** up for 2 hours in that tight little black suit.:D

The movie should do well with the right director and screenplay (I didn't click on the article link). I'm interested in how many other characters will be tied into it. I guess it would be a lot to ask for a DareDevil or Elektra cameo..? But keep Ben Affleck as far away from my improbable wish as possible. :mad:

This does aggravate me though. Marvel backs a Black Widow film, but DC doesn't do the same for Wonder Woman. Talk about spineless.:rolleyes:

Complaining about the accent for comic book movie is hilarious.

Andrew Garfield sounded like a street kid "you kno I'm sayin" in TAM2. It was laughable. Ok, now I fit in this thread lol

I agree. But BW has earned a movie shot. And while I green with green lighting a WW movie. There are more issues with WW to the big screen than BW.
There is a fan trailer online. Very well done. I think they captured WW better than they will in BM v. SM: Dawn of Justice
