Great back story in there. Will tie to winter soldier. That's why she made reference to him CA2. Being wounded by him in the past.

Not excited for a Widow movie. Scarlet is hot, yeah but come on.... she is very very overrated as Widow. Not deserving of a standalone film in my opinion.

I thought the character was on screen an awful lot, almost too much during Cap 2. Doubt I'd be that interested in seeing a dedicated BW film unless there were confirmed cameos of other characters.

She's a trained spy, I don't think it's a stretch to say she mastered English without an accent.

Y'all can argue BW's standing in the Superhero community and whether or not she's desrving of her own movie or not or how dumb it is that she dosen't have a Russian accent (How about Russell crowe in Gladiator-A Spaniard with an Australian accent?) all y'all want, even if I wasn't a Marvel fan I wouldn't mind watching Scarlett kick butt and blow **** up for 2 hours in that tight little black suit.

The movie should do well with the right director and screenplay (I didn't click on the article link). I'm interested in how many other characters will be tied into it. I guess it would be a lot to ask for a DareDevil or Elektra cameo..? But keep Ben Affleck as far away from my improbable wish as possible.

This does aggravate me though. Marvel backs a Black Widow film, but DC doesn't do the same for Wonder Woman. Talk about spineless.

Complaining about the accent for comic book movie is hilarious.

I agree. But BW has earned a movie shot. And while I green with green lighting a WW movie. There are more issues with WW to the big screen than BW.
There is a fan trailer online. Very well done. I think they captured WW better than they will in BM v. SM: Dawn of Justice
