I don't see it, Gordon had a great year on a poor overall offense but he is no Dez Bryant. I was okay with Dez at #25 but not if he's going to be lower than Gordon. They need to re-do the structure of this Top 100 thing, maybe include the coaches and GMs in voting.

Gordon is a tremendous WR.... He earned it but he's in major trouble with the NFL... Year long suspension type of trouble.

I never watch the Top 100 list but isn't it based on how the players performed each season? If that's the case then Gordon should be ranked ahead of Dez he led the league in receiving in 2013 while Dez was ranked 13th. Gordon put up some huge numbers on a 4-12 team that was forced to use their #1 pick on a QB. He had over 400 more receiving yards than Dez and also averaged over 5 yards a catch more than Dez.

I know this is a FAN board but some of you need to stop being so biased and accept these lists for what they are. There's no point in having a list like this every season if players are going to be ranked according to who's the most gifted players at every position regardless of what kind of season they had.

He had a better season than Dez; hence, the higher ranking. Bryant may be a more gifted receiver but it doesn't matter in the end....stats and ranking wise. Blame the offensive system, not the rankings.

The list is based on last year. Gordon was the best wr in the game last year. This is not a surprise. Gordon did what he did with no QB as well. He might have had 2000 yards with Romo.

Top 100? pfffffffftttttt

that being spurted out of my mouth (thru fingers), perhaps dez will get some motivation from it? who knows...

Gordon set or tied multiple NFL records in 2013, & led all receivers in receiving yards with 1,646, yards per game at 117.6, & a per catch average of 18.9, highest among 1,000-yard receivers. Our own Michael Irvin called Gordon the "receiver MVP of 2013". The Top 100 in 2014 is based on how well a player played in 2013. Going by that, there is no question that Josh Gordon had a much better season than Dez Bryant-especially when you consider Gordon played in only 14 games & had three mediocre QBs throwing to him. Bryant had 1,233 yards, 77.1/game, & 13.3 per catch, AND he had Romo. Big difference.

I don't think this thread turned out how you thought it would turn out...

Awkward

I can deal with this way easier than I could the other players that already had appeared in threads about the same topic. They're on the same level and Gordon was unquestionably better last year.

Dez Bryant is a better player but Gordon had an incredible year last year.

If you are rating them based on last year then you would have to go with Gordon.

I have no argument against Gordon being the #1 WR last season he was simply great. Now Brown ahead of Dez you have an argument.
