BTW, why would anybody spend thousands of dollars for a watch anyway? At one time a nice watch was desirable. Now not so much accept for some high rollers and some people concerned about a perceived status.

I bought a Rado worth 3600, got it for 2500. Most I have ever spent on a watch. I wanted an Omega Moon Watch but much like the Mona Lisa, it was less impressive in person.
