This is not a Super Bowl team. Has not been since 2007. BUT.....BUT....this is a winnable division.

You can't pay Romo like you did

You can't make Tyron Smith the highest paid LT in the NFL (and have 3 YOUNG first round picks on the OL)

You can't pay Dez like a top 3 WR

You can't give up the #6 overall pick and a #2 for Claiborne

You can't give Brandon Carr 50M

You can't pay your 3rd CB like a starter

You can't have all these and many other things in place....and not compete in a NFC East. If you are building a team with all those aforementioned pieces in place....you should feel good about how you stack up in the NFC East. If you feel you cannot compete in the NFC East...then your roster is seriously flawed. Now I happen to think that it is flawed....especially with all the money/draft picks invested in your top 3 CBs....and all the money/draft picks invested at LBer....but a DL full of street free agents. But this is not his first rodeo...and so he should know better by now. You build your trenches on both sides first....THEN you build the outside! But I guess Jerry woke up and realized that teams will not pass against you...when they can run on you all day. So can Brandon, and Mo, and Orlando play DT?

Yea, and I think his being straight forward as I think he normally is.
In the past his been so optimistic he wasn't realist.
