In June Tony told me to my face that this is the best Cowboys team he's been a part of. I believed him then, I believe it now.

2007 team was real good. 2009 team won a playoff game. It's still early. And the next couple weeks will be interesting because of the emotion of this victory. Hopefully they aren't too high on themselves and not overlooking anyone. Arizona looks like a real tough matchup and the Giants and Skins always seem to play us tough. We still aren't good enough to overlook anyone .

Yeah, that 13-3 team is still a pretty tall task to tackle. The only real mark against them was the fact that you never really felt like they were the best team in football because the Patriots were busy mauling the entire league that year.

This team has a different feel to it. When I see demarco get to the second level I immediacy have flash backs of #22 slashing through the hole. This team is built more soundly offensivelythan any team since the 90s. To be able to run the ball down the #1 rush ads throat late in the 4th to close out a game is not something we've seen around here in decades.

You could see it on the defending champs faces!

Carrol went from his cocky "just coaching football" grin and swagger after they were up 10-0 to absolute concern once our offense got its teeth into the game. When we scored before the half u could see if on their Ds faces...they were in for a fight and were not in the dominant position they are used to being in.

The second highest scoring offense and a top 10 defense. That's not smoke and mirrors.

This was my exact thought after the game.

There are no longer "definite loss" games circled on the schedule anymore.

That's not to say they will go undefeated here on out, but you can't count them out of anything after a game like this.

The only thing that needs changing is the 44 to a 45.

Ya Seattle is tough, but I think San Deigo wrote the book on them, Linehan and Marinnelli tweaked it some more........the blueprint is out on how to hold down their offense and play against their D..............Seattle will loose several more games this year, more than one would expect, unless their D can really start generating turnovers like they did in the SBowl.

I completely agree. We can't overlook anyone. There is a fine line in the NFL between great and bad teams. If we don't play hungry, we will lose. We are still covering for a lot of sins. Minnelli is a genius!!!

I think that the anointing of Russell Wilson was done a little quickly. Someone on the ticket pregame today said they'd take him over Luck. I think their offense is built to play from ahead. It's very ball control and not highly vertical.
