Obviously we are playing fantastic, but 7 games into the season none of the teams we have beaten have a winning record.

SF is the only team we have played with a winning record. A lot of reasons we lost that game and perhaps we should have beaten them. But let's say we do win that game then SF doesn't have a winning record either.

We have Arizona, Indy, and the Eagles twice left on our schedule. The season is in front of us. We haven't done anything yet.

It's a little silly to count that early on... Why? Because if you beat a team, the obviously they're going to have one more loss than win.

Houston was 3-1, Seattle was 3-1, the giants were 3-2.

Seattle was 3-1 when we played them Einstein.

The reason that the Seahawks, Giants, and Texans don't have a winning record is that the Cowboys beat them. If the Cowboys lost all 3 of those games, all of those teams would have winning records. Would that make you happier?

Part of the reason they don't have a winning record it because Dallas beat them. Winning 6 in a row in the NFL is no easy task

All true.......

But I think yesterday was a big step. This game had trap written all over it....and this team found a way to rise to the occassion. Even though they didn't play that great....in the past this would have been a game we would have found a way to lose. I'm slowly starting to believe. Everything is falling in our favor this year. Let's just hope the good fortune continues. :)

When we played them, yes. But early in the season it's hard to know who is really good and who isn't. We are doing what a good team should do, which is beat these teams. Now that we are talking about a super bowl instead of whether we will get to the playoffs, its worth saying that we haven't played a true contender yet.

Yeah, the offense being able to take that final drive down and gets a FG was a big step forward. I'm also really impressed that the defense has gotten turnovers to end the game two weeks in a row. We are doing all the right things.

I would have liked to see us get some pressure on Manning since that is the only good formula to stop him. Give him time and he beats you every time. Those two strips of the ball were huge.

Wow! Wasn't Houston and Seattle 3-1 when we beat them?? So going 6-1 is doing nothing? Ask yourself where we were projected to be after 7 games and then tell me if we've done nothing.

Obviously wrong... But I get what you are saying.

I feel, these guys are of the "where there is a will... There is a way" ... I thing we can hang with any team... Including the broncos...

Enjoy the ride.

Who's talking Superbowl? I see most talking playoffs. I don't see that as unreasonable, do you?

What happens a lot of the time with this that gets overlooked is the teams don't have a winning record because your team defeated them, like you mentioned with SF.

For instance, the Texans would be 4-2 if they had not lost to Dallas, the Giants would be 4-3 and the Seahawks 4-2. So let's celebrate for now the fact that we kept those teams from having winning records.
